It was an unexpected night; we had planned to go somewhere else, but I parked right in front of the restaurant, and it caught our attention since we had never been there before. It was very spacious and clean, and the decor was superb. It was a very welcoming place. First, we received a very warm and attentive welcome, and they showed us to our table. We didn’t have to wait long, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I really appreciate the service; everything was excellent, and we had a wonderful evening together. Thank you, guys, for the great service!
Happy new years 2026 everyone

Greetings to everyone taking the time to read my review.
This time, I want to share a few words about Urubamba Pisco Bar, a beautiful place with the true essence of Peru. The restaurant is simple, elegant, and modern, fitting perfectly with Huntington’s vibe.

I ordered the Pollo a la Brasa for two, served with native Peruvian potatoes—crispy yet juicy inside. The chicken had been marinated for over 24 hours and it was delicious, fresh and tender (it’s is a young chicken very tasty) came with a variety of flavorful sauces. My favorites were the ají pollero and the classic ají verde de huacatay (black mint). The ají de rocoto was also a nice touch for spice lovers. Of course, we had Inca Kola.

Service was excellent. Christian, my server, was young, respectful, and very knowledgeable about Peruvian cuisine, which I truly appreciated. It clearly reflects the management’s dedication to proper training.

To finish, we had coffee, definitely Colombian, rich in aroma and flavor along with desserts. The tres leches was tasty, though I would have liked it a bit more moist. The lucuma panna cotta, however, was absolutely delicious.

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. I give it a 4.8 out of 5, which is excellent for a new spot in Huntington. The warm farewell from the manager was the perfect ending to a wonderful experience.

Delicious food!!! Amazing mocktails!! And the most wonderful staff! They came by to thank us for coming in & shared so much information about traditional Peruvian cuisine. My husband and I are completely vegan and they had many great options using mushrooms instead of meat. The waiter even explained how they keep the flavor of the dish while making accommodations for vegans and gluten free customers. We definitely will be back!

Fantastic in every way from the moment you walk in. A warm, welcoming environment, beautifully decorated. The owner greets you with a handshake and warmly converses with you. The bartender is personal, friendly, and accommodating. The bar menu is wonderfully unique, with strong drinks and artisinally crafted cocktails and mocktails. After a few minutes we were seated at our table by our cheerful waitress – who was more than happy to discuss the history and flavors of different dishes. The food itself, from the corn given in the beginning, to the appetizers, to the entrees, and finally the desserts – all unique in their own beautiful way while having the rich tastes that you crave in Peruvian cuisine. A restaurant that has the fine dining atmosphere, meal presentation and taste, with the prices of typical LI weekend restaurant (and without the pretentiousness of a fine dining establishment). 10/10 and would absolutely frequent and recommend.

Wow! Authentic, high-quality, mouth-watering Peruvian food. If you want to try come Peruvian food, this is the place to come. Their menu is 95% Gluten free and the ambiance is super cozy. This will become my favorite date spot with my husband. You have to try the ceviche mixto, short-rib, and the tres leches. I wish this place so much success, so I can continue to eat here ✨

I don’t normally take the time to review but for this spot it was a must. Friday night in Huntington meant that we were expecting a wait but were pleasantly surprised to walk in and be greeted & seated right away. The atmosphere was great! The venue, modern and clean. Space was comfortable between tables and you could easily hold conversation without any need to raise your voice to be heard across the table. Coat check was a nice touch to the entrance and the service was exceptional. We got new utensils for every plate! The manager and staff were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and passionate. The manager brought us many displays (black corn, black whiskey) as well as samples of drinks and a sipping shot of whiskey for us to try as part of the experience there. There was a reed diffuser and lit candle in the bathroom and the food was no exception to any of the compliments I’ve paid to the restaurant so far! Fantastic experience, we will be back. Hidden Gem, Peruvian perfect dining right here in Huntington Village on NY Ave two blocks north of Main. First time visiting Urubamba Pisco Bar and was impressed upon entry by the beautiful decor and trendy atmosphere! Upon being greeted and seated we felt very comfortable and the staff was helpful explaining our selected dishes. First course appetizers we chose a mixed Seafood Ceviche and Grilled Octopus that were so fresh, tender and flavorful. Our main courses we ordered were the Seafood Paella with squid, mussels, shrimp and also Chicken shredded with an Amarillo cream sauce rich in flavor. In all, hats off to the Chef and entire crew at Urubamba. To add to the Happy Ending we finished our meal with a Manjar Blanco tres leche dessert that was amazing. Thank you and we’ll be back again soon. Maybe breakfast 4am, haha Regards Steve

I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know. Parking was super easy right across the street. We were welcomed with a warm embrace by Sigi who made us feel right at home. Sergio, our attentive waiter, gave us excellent course recommendations. Sigi told us the history of the cuisine and even brought out examples of the products used to make the delicious meal. It was truly a learning experience as much as it was a dinner. We got two appetizers & two entrees which were outstanding. Also the drinks were beautiful & super tasty.

-P.S. did I mention the corn?

Another thing I noticed was the interactions that Sigi had with returning customers reinforced the idea of customer service & quality food which is another great reason to support them.
-P.S.S. I’m eating the leftovers as I write this.

My sister and I took our Dad out for Father’s Day and we had a superb experience! Every dish was artfully presented and featured explosive flavors – each bite more scrumptious than the last. I can’t stop thinking about the black sea bass cevice; it was the best I’ve ever had. The cornish game hen was juicy and seasoned perfectly, bursting with flavor after 5 days of marinating. Lamb chops were perfectly cooked and the chili flavor knocked our socks off in combination with the creamy mashed potatoes and garlicy spinach shitake sautee. The Lomo Saltado had a very unique latin/asian fusion flavor and is a must have dish when you visit.♥️ In addition to the wonderful food, the service was supreme and the decor was airy, yet traditional. Loved the llama in the front, be sure to take a picture with him when you visit. We’ll definitely be back!
