My 1st time here after discovering them on Google Map last night! These guys have elevated the art making a good sandwich to a science!! My Pastrami sandwich was an maxing combination of spicy spread, fresh crunchy bread, choose, lettuce and tomato!

After a morning of working at an event, I wanted a nice lunch. My mom suggested a sandwich deli nearby, so we drove to Crust in Los Gatos.
There were a lot of guys on their lunch break there in a relatively empty space with minimal decorations. I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich and was very clear in requesting light mayonnaise and mustard. The cashier didn’t seem to understand me. So just in case, I repeated my request again.
After a few minutes, we got our sandwiches. I took a bite and tasted a ton of mayo and mustard. I lifted the bread off one side of the sandwich and it was drenched and soaked in mustard on one side with mayo thickly coating the other side. As far as I could tell, The bread and pastrami probably would’ve tasted good but drowning it in mayo and mustard totally ruined the sandwich for me.

We entered ‘Crust Sourdough Deli’ and met Ron, one of the owners. He quickly realized we had the same recognition and appreciation for fine food and could understood how much the best sandwich we had ever tasted (I’m not kidding) would change our lives! After all, can you imagine eating sandwiches all your life only to stumble upon the most delicious, most homemade, most fresh and still warm (freshly baked sourdough right out of the oven) and most mouthwatering sandwich of perfection you’ve ever tasted? Well this is it for me folks! You wouldn’t get this anywhere! Not New York, not Italy, not France…. I believe this sandwich (1. Oven Roasted Turkey) could be the symbol of America’s great sandwich, the one and only! Sadly, I gobbled ours up before I could take a picture of it, however a kind customer, a regular allowed me to take a picture of his hot pastrami sandwich. The salads looked divine and don’t forget to order their special spicy mayonnaise! This fresh baked sourdough is delectable and the freshly baked lemon cookie we shared afterwards thanks to Ron, was like a lemon tart from France baked into a cookie and was absolutely heavenly. This lemon cookie put us both on cloud cookie nine! Driving over and hour to experience ‘Crust Sourdough Deli’ will be worth it and no other sandwich will ever compare! Thank you Ron!

I was looking for a sourdough sandwhich and this places delivered ! Amazing fresh soft sourdough bread & incredible sauces & options.
I was particularly impressed with their bacon jam. So so good!! Sourdough dip with roast beef is the way to go if you want this jam… yum!
I ordered a pesto cracked pepper turkey sandwhich. Very delicious. Everything I’m looking for! Knocked it out of the park

I’m not usually one to go out and get a sandwich unless it’s something special, and this place was special.
The homemade sourdough rolls are excellent and crispy on the exterior with some chew with the fillings. The sandwich itself is adequately seasoned and not too dry. The serving is enough for a decent small meal or snack between 2 people. I was left stuffed.
The service attendant was very friendly and helpful in helping me decide. They also offer free banana peppers and pickles in jars to accompany your sandwich if you’d like. I’ll definitely return here to try their meatier subs or even their hefty salads.

Sandwich was great; however, wasn’t made according to the order. The receipt had specifics on it that were all missed. (Easy ones like remove an ingredient and add extra of something).
Did like everything else inducing the pickle jar!
Might want to call instead of doing online order if pre-order to ensure if you have a small change from the sandwich that is on the menu.

Amazing sandwiches with freshest sourdough bread! The sandwiches are so big, it’s great for 2 lunches. My favorite item; however, is their chocolate macadamia nut cookie!! It’s the best ever & I’m not ashamed to admit I buy in multiples.

First time here and we were greeted immediately upon arrival! The menu was described to us in detail, even considering the temp of the cold sandwiches when prepared on piping hot bread fresh from the oven!
We ordered the turkey and it was LEGIT! The garlic spread gave it and extra flare and the complimentary self-serve pickles were the perfect accompaniment. We’re so glad we found this place and will definitely be back again!

The dip was sweet with their bacon jam. Great flavors. The pastrami had an extra kick/more flavors, definitely great to try the variety. The bread is definitely the star of the show. Regardless of a cold or hot sandwich, they will toast the bread to perfection. It is crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. Not hard enough to cut the top of your mouth which is great!
Realized that CRUST is in the plaza across the street from Rolling Hills Middle School! Lots of parking on site. There are quite a few tables inside as well.
Came in on a Wednesday lunch, and they were very busy come noon time.

I learned about this great little sandwich shop from an article in the San Jose Mercury News. They were correct, this is a gem of a spot. I had the hot sourdough beef dip sandwich. It was loaded with tender, juicy meat and served on a crusty sourdough roll. It was an ample portion that I shared with my spouse. It beats the other more common sandwich vendors for flavor, portion, ease of purchase and quality. The place is super clean and the parking is a snap.
