Not very busy upon arrival, took approximately 10-15 minutes after being seated for the LONE server to take our order, we ordered our food, plain coffee and water. The food showed up approximately 20 minutes later and still no drinks, when I ask about our drinks the server stated “I wanted to get your food to you while it’s hot I’ll get your coffee now”, again I reminded her that we ordered water as well. The food was barely lukewarm and when she returned with our coffees it was barely lukewarm as well, still no water. By this time the place was getting filled up so I just gave up on getting any water. We ordered the “Two Mini Waffles “ , we were served ONE waffle and when I ask the server about the second waffle we were told “they sometimes cut the ONE waffle in half to make TWO MINY WAFFLES”. The included picture was of a salad that looked disgusting and not eaten. Never received a check so I just went to the register to pay. Nice place with nice atmosphere. Horrible experience to say the least.

The staff here are always kind and friendly. I love to enjoy a coffee and an al fresco breakfast on their patio. There’s plenty of seating and lots of shade. Lots of green space on the patio and they have a big selection of books and board games too. Really great menu selection and the atmosphere inside is quiet and relaxing. This is a great spot, and worth the trip.

Tried breakfast for the first time. Very fresh ingredients that are reasonably priced. The caramel dream drink was delicious and cured my craving this morning. I love that this place is literally around the corner.

My girlfriend and I have never been and decided to reserve a table for the “fine dining” experience as a Valentine’s day treat. We’ve heard great things about brunch and after having a company Christmas party there, we enjoyed the vibe.
To start off, Michael was a great person but not the best waiter. He kept coming back to clarify things about our order and tried to give us someone else’s appetizer. When we told him it wasn’t ours, he then had to go around to each of his tables to find out where it belonged.
Then, the food. We ordered a beef Wellington and a ribeye. To start, the Wellington came out gray, somewhere between medium well and well done. According to Michael, the way that they prep it means this is the only way it is served. The breading on the outside is pasty white, the inside completely doughy, while the meat itself was bland and unseasoned. Basically, it was completely inedible. With only one bite taken from my girlfriend and one from me to see if either of us could get it down, so as not to waste it, we had to send it back. I do appreciate the restaurant for removing that from our bill as it was a contribution to food waste on our end that some other places would still have charged for.
While dealing with this, we decide to split the ribeye. We start eating from each end and eventually make it to the center. It was as if we were eating from a salt block. Again, completely inedible. Management decided they would only charge for what was eaten, which again is props to them.
Lastly, I thought there couldn’t possibly be an issue with our drinks as all I had was an iced tea. I can handle caffeine in very low doses, like the amounts in iced tea. Unfortunately, caffeine in larger doses causes a medical reaction. Michael came by to refill my drink and when he returned I took two large sips of it (trying to recover some feeling on my tongue that was removed from the excess salt of the ribeye) before realizing he had accidentally filled my cup with COFFEE (about 4x the amount of caffeine found in typical iced tea). This really was the end of our night. I had to step out and handle my medical issues while my girlfriend waited around for our bill. Someone must have witnessed this debacle of a night and was kind enough to cover our tab (which at this point consisted of a ~$10 bottle of wine and whatever the remaining cost of the ribeye was).
Again, everyone was very accommodating and kind about everything, but I just wish it could have been an enjoyable experience. Having to handle a medical event really put a damper on the rest of our evening plans, too.
There is no “fine dining” around here and when you’re paying about $40 a plate, the food should at least be palatable. Urbano is making a good attempt, but I just don’t think they’re quite there yet.

The venue is good. It’s a cool spot. I had the PBJ appetizer which was really good. For main, I ordered the ribeye, which is one of the worst excuses for a steak. It was oddly thin. Considering it cost over $40, this was a huge miss. Service was average. Overall, probably should pass on this spot for any real meal.

Absolutely amazing experience all around, Amanda our waitress was so helpful and accommodating, letting us move outside after already being seated and she had fantastic recommendations off the menu! The Mimosa flight is to die for, as well as the bruschetta! The Pesto pasta and truffle fries are also amazing- Chef Hudson is so friendly and knows exactly what he’s doing, don’t question it, just go here! Urbano is by far the best restaurant in Sierra Vista

So happy I found Urbano for a late solo lunch in Sierra Vista. The atmosphere was unique and original. I felt welcomed and comfortable on my own, but would have with a group or family as well. The service was very good. There were so many inviting choices. It was hard to decide, but I settled on a good-sized, very fresh salad. I enjoyed the salad. It was satisfying and filling. My coffee drink was good too.

Chef Hudson’s soups are outstanding. Had the Garden Chicken Noodle today and the Drunken Mushroom prior visit. Flavors are rich and deep! Amanda gave us great service with a smile! Good choices on the menu with some vegetarian/vegan options and gluten free bread for sandwiches. Breakfast all day! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend this establishment!
