Cute little cafe in a lovely spot in Glasgow. Amazing place for brunch/lunch. We had a slight problem with our matcha which was the only downside – the powder had not been blended properly. However, the staff were lovely about it and immediately fixed this for us. Definitely recommend going although it’s very popular and sometimes hard to get seated so would recommend booking in advance!

I visited this charming café and tried the Scottish breakfast—it was absolutely delicious. The bacon was a little bit stiff, but overall the dish was delightful. My friends ordered the pancakes, which came in generous portions. I also had a chai tea, which tasted authentic and well-balanced. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. The café was bustling with both locals and tourists, a clear sign of its popularity. A truly lovely spot worth visiting.

Poor Service, super egotistical staff, i can appreciate when you are asked to stand outside if you are ordering a take away and the cafe is busy, however when there are numerous free tables and its absolutely cold outside and you are ORDERED to go outside to wait on your purchase well thats great customer service on a whole different level. Was it worth the wait despite this, I’ve had better coffee from a jar. Did the experience make me want to come back and maybe try the sitting in experience, maybe if i have a lobotomy and forgot how poor the coffee was and equally how poor the service was.
If only i could give this zero stars, and this is very rare coming from me.

The place is cosy and welcoming. We went on saturday for brunch around 10:30. We were sitted really quick. After that, it took the “waitress” 20 minutes (yes, 20 whole minutes) to take our order, telling us that the kitchen is busy (it’s an open kitchen place, everything is very visible) and we can only order drinks. For 20 minutes no water no nothing. We were watching customer being sitted and leaving after waiting 15-20 minutes with no one even bothering to ask if they want anything.
The only one who stood out from the service staff was a tall polite guy. The young woman who had out table should probably change jobs.
Kudos to the cook! That guy was a hero We were there for 90-110 minutes (yes, we were curious how much time it would take them to serve us and since we sat down we weren’t in the mood to look for another place) he didn’t stop for a second and was working fast and efficiently in order to catch up. The waiting staff, on the other hand, like a fish trying to walk – completely out of place

We had been at the cafe for like 45 minutes and had just finished eating, and the server asked us pretty rudely to pay and go because there were two people waiting for a table. I’ve never been asked to leave a cafe before, so was pretty shocked. It’s the west end on a Saturday, everyone is waiting for tables everywhere. The food was okay, but probs won’t come back.

Really cute spot on Great Western Road in Glasgow. Does good coffee and of course, doggy friendly is a big bonus for us! We came at 3pm so just missed the lunchtime rush. Which worked well for us so our dog can spread out. Great spot for coffee or brunch in Glasgow.

I had a really disappointing experience due to the poor customer service. There were only two customers at the time, yet the staff kept insisting there was “a huge line waiting outside,” which simply wasn’t true. We weren’t even there for an hour, but we felt rushed and unwelcome the entire time. Instead of being polite and accommodating, the attitude we received was dismissive and unprofessional. Good customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this experience completely missed the mark. I won’t be returning.
