The service was slow and the saff operating the drive through was inattentive, scattered, and rude.

I had to ask if he wanted to finish taking my order after he told me to pull ahead to the window as he had not yet asked what side and drink we wanted with the kids meals.

Additionally, a sandwich I have consistently ordered for years was terrible. Typically the grilled chicken is great. This evening it seems as though they switched to canned chicken. And the incorrect cheese was used. I didn’t even finish eating my sandwhich.

The car ahead of us drove away and so did we. The person taking the order made us repeat over and over how many subs, what type of bread and then still wasn’t repeating it back to us correctly. We gave up and left.

Whoever is working marked all bread as sold out on doordash so you can’t even order. That level of laziness is unmatched.

The staff doesn’t seem to care. I ordered a little extra mayo last time and got no mayo. Yesterday I ordered the same and the bun was soaking wet with it. It glopped all over the paper when I unwrapped it. We’ll refrain for a good while.

Subway has significantly gone down in quality. Size wise it seems to be the same and definitely a good amount of food for 11$ but yea quality of ingredients is below par. Also you can keep the hair on your head and out of our food would be lit too, don’t remember ordering that part. Overall not a terrible experience but definitely reminded me why I haven’t had subway in over a year or more.

The inside was closed so I could not watch my sandwich be prepared to have any tweaks made. I received a dry sandwich after asking for heavy oil and vinegar and rotton tomatoes and the spinach was questionable. I won’t be going back to this location and will visit the on on Riley and 31 instead!

When I go to subway, I want to go inside and look at what I want on my sub! This subway has been “remodeling “ the inside for months now. Ordering from the drive through is exhausting because they don’t have a list of vegetables and the associate sounded annoyed I wanted her to tell me my options. I love subway but I won’t go to this location until the lobby is open. I went to Taco Bell instead.

The two staff working were nice but they need some training in putung sandwiches together. I ordered 7 foot long subs online. Five of the subs were wrong. They mixed up ingredients. I double checked the receipt to make sure I didn’t make the mistake. The toppings were put on sloppy, a little mayo on part of the bread and very heavy on the other half. It seems they didn’t really care about what they were doing.
