We stopped in on a weekday evening with only a single other table of customers. So, it wasn’t busy at all. The atmosphere is pleasant and warm. Lights are dimmed in the eating area. Tables were exceptionally clean and the floors were spotless.

We ordered a Fully Loaded hotdog, Western bacon BBQ smash burger, an order of Truffle oil blue cheese fries, a fountain drink and a Tuberfizz brand rootbeer in a bottle. It came out to just over $40 with the tip.

The cashier/server’s service was top-notch. Like, WOW! Attentive, asking about the food, cleaning up. HE is the ONLY reason this review wasn’t 1 star. This man is a gem, for real.

It took 31 minutes to get our food after ordering. This is a travesty as we were the ONLY people waiting on food. The other table had already been served. Did the cook go on break? We didn’t even order a lot.

When the food came, I was surprised to see an “As Seen On Food Network” hotdog smaller than a cheap Oscar Myer Walmart wiener. It was badly overcooked, as seen in the pictures. Not a drop of juice left in it. It was wrapped a tiny piece of a potato skin that had covered maybe half before it went into the oil. The rest took the full brunt of deep fryer’s power turning it into a deadly weapon if thrown. The fixin’s on top were alright except the bacon was probably once good bacon. Before it was cooked to death. Not worth the double digit price tag, sorry. 3/10

My partner’s smash burger was smaller than a Wendy’s Jr. Bacon and had less meat. The cook had smashed it into a tiny little scrape of charbroiled meat(?) that was honestly pretty sad. It looked NOTHING like the picture. They gave it a 2/10 and said it wasn’t a smash burger, it was a smashed burger-flavored chip.

The blue cheese truffle oil fries were okay, but the order was tiny for the $$. They just threw some chunks of blue cheese and some green onions on top of well done fries. The truffle oil they added was good though and really the only saving grace. 6/10 cause that oil really was good.

We won’t be eating here again and for sure won’t be recommending it to anyone. Do better with the food, cause your service was on point.

p.s. Give that server a raise!

Absolutely delicious! We enjoyed our tasty hot dogs. My mom had the Chicago and I had the Elote, we split the sweet potato fries. A perfect bite with loads of flavor. Came to $24 with a $1 tip.

We had amazing food! We got the Le Bleu, the Duck sausage, the frito pie dog, and the Chicago dog, with sweet potato fries and truffle fries and two beers. I also got the beet salad for dinner at work. All of the dogs and fries were absolutely amazing!!! Hubbie also got a fried PB&J for dessert, which he LOVED!!! My salad was unfortunately very disappointing. Tiny salad for 14 dollars and had no dressing on it or even on the side. 87 dollars was a bit steep, but we really did enjoy it!

A hotdog company as a vegetarian wouldn’t be where I think I’d find food-but the beyond hotdog they have is expertly prepared and can be swapped for any other hotdogs listed. I tried the Beyond BLT skipped the cheese and was so so happy I happed upon this place after yoga around the corner! Worth a stop for sure!

Whrn I am in the mood for a hotdog, nothing else in the world will suffice. The famous Rutt’s Hut in New Jersey was my favorite hot dog place in the country… until tonight’s visit to Urban Hotdog. I love everything about this place. They have so many interesting choices. The rosemary parmesan fries are the tastiest fries I’ve ever had. We also had some alligator bites with remoulade sauce. I will return many, many times and will try something different every time. Service was also exceptional.

I was excited to try their Korean corndog with red and green chile. It was very disappointing…no chile taste at all. The crust didn’t stay on the beef weiner. Our onion strings were burnt. The fries were decent. We were a party of six and we all said we won’t return since none of our meals were just okay.

So I have tried several hotdog places in my travels around to different states. This one makes my top three restaurant. I give a 9.73 chili cheese dog with onions 7.9 their mac & cheese dog 10 out of 10 this place is 10 times better than the dog house that is here in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but my number one place and the best hotdog that I have had so far is a food truck in Hanover Pennsylvania The name of it is The Homedog LLC everything is a 10 out of 10 there but I definitely highly recommend this place here in New Mexico. If you wanna try something in your travels. but urban hotdog is kind of pricey for two dogs and a Smashburger with a tip like $43

If you’re in the mood for a delicious hotdog and a welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend the Urban enough! I’ve been visiting this gem over the past month during my business trip, and it has quickly become my go-to spot on my weekly business trips.

First off, the ambiance is fantastic. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment to enjoy your meal. The interior design strikes a perfect balance between casual and modern, making it an ideal place to unwind after a long day of meetings and training. The numerous TVs are a major plus, offering up a great selection of sports to watch while you chill with some amazing servers.

Now let’s talk about the service – it’s exceptional! The staff here are genuinely friendly and attentive, always ensuring that your needs are met without being intrusive. Wish they could go off a little from the menus to accommodate special drinks but I get it, there is a menu for a reason.

Speaking of the food, it’s simply fantastic! Selfish feedback, I’ve had the Chicago dog every time but switch up the appetizers. The Chicago dog is fantastic.

Overall, Frank’s Hotdog Haven has made my business trip much more enjoyable with its combination of great food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere to catch a game. If you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and just go.

Oh and make sure you try the Deep Fried PB&J!

I went in today and bought a Korean corn dog with my mom. Unfortunately it was still a little raw on the inside. I came back to the store to ask if it was normal because I was unsure (I hate coming off as rude) and the guy with the black beanie was so sweet! He remade it for me and also gave me 2 additional corn dogs. They were well made and delicious! Thank you! ❤️

I love the interesting flavors and choices here! All my food choices have been amazing, including my smoked old fashion. It’s never been busy here. I do spend a lot and smaller portions, but mostly worth it.
