We went on a cold Sunday evening and sat inside, which was cozy and comfortable. Our server was wonderful with a more experienced staff member helping guide her through wine service. We ordered a reasonably priced Chianti Classico and two 12 inch pizzas.

One was a special with bacon, mushrooms, and cheese, and the other was the Tuscan Sausage with fresh garlic, olive oil, Grande mozzarella, sliced Italian sausage, black olives, basil pesto, tomato sauce, finished with Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh basil. Both pizzas were fantastic. The crust was chewy with a cornmeal dusted bottom, and the ingredients were clearly high quality.

Great food, warm atmosphere, and friendly service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

It was my first time visiting Urban Brick, and I’ll definitely be going back!

We started with the house-made pizza bread as an appetizer. It came out steamy hot and fresh from the oven, simple, but so tasty.

For dinner, we tried two of their specials: the Butternut Squash Ravioli and the Chicken and Honey Pie.
The ravioli was rich and creamy with a sauce that I can’t forget, and the Chicken and Honey Pie had perfectly melted cheese with a touch of honey and Reggiano. Every bite was amazing.

Our server, Hunter, explained everything well and took great care of us.
We arrived around 5 PM, and by 6, there was already a line of people waiting — always a good sign.

Such a delicious restaurant! I got the salmon special and it was absolutely insane- the service was amazing as well. The place was clean and everyone working there was very very friendly. I would highly recommend!!

My friend and I came here for dinner and had a really good meal. We both ordered pizzas and shared the Blue Chips. The food was great and the service exceptional. I really have no complaints. I’ve also ordered from Urban Brick through DoorDash and had a great experience then as well. Keep up the great work!

Asked how long they ferment the dough. Nice chef told me a 24 hour cold ferment, then 6 warm. I asked if they grind their sausage. He said they get fresh long links, cook and slice them, gave me a sample. Tasted good. Ordered a sausage pizza with black olives. It was not very good. Maybe mid-afternoon doldrums? Crust crisp, that was nice but the underside was very dark, and overall the crust nothing special. Maybe mine was overcooked? The precooked sausage slices, ok. Few black olives. Sadly the cheese turned into a rubbery ball as I chewed. Again, overrated? Ain’t know. But I ended up not really eating much of the pizza. I love pizza, care about it, and have lived in Chicago, LA, SF, Boston, Lauderdale, and London, seeking pizza, reviewing it, and making my own too. Maybe I just got a dud. The people working there and the chef were nice. Based on the one pizza, I would not want to try another.

Got some pizzas here on the recommendation of a friend of my daughter. I guess we won’t ask him again. We ordered takeout and the pies were ready when we arrived – a plus. The crust was fair, not very pizza-like for a good pie. While the pepperoni pie had adequate toppings on it, the sausage and meatball pies we ordered left a bit to be desired. Very skimpy on toppings. Cheese and sauce were fine. All in all a middle of the road pie.
