⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars: All Aboard the Pancake Express!
Station 400 (Lakewood Ranch, FL) is an absolute must-visit for breakfast lovers! While we only stopped in for a stack of pancakes and French toast, the experience was truly five-star, and honestly, we wouldn’t have needed anything more.
The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the awesome train station decor. It’s charming, nostalgic, and gives the whole place a cozy, unique atmosphere that instantly elevates your dining experience.
But let’s talk about the main event: the breakfast specialties. These weren’t just good pancakes—they were the fresh, perfect pancakes we’ve been dreaming of. We sampled a few varieties, and each one was incredible. The Pumpkin Pecan Pancakes were a rich, seasonal delight, perfectly spiced and topped with crunchy pecans. The Toasted Coconut Pancakes were light, fluffy, and tasted like a tropical vacation. We also indulged in the Apple Caramel Croissant French Toast, which was an unbelievable, decadent spin on a classic, with the buttery croissant soaked and topped with sweet, tart apples.
Beyond the food, the service truly stood out. The employees were friendly and welcoming from start to finish, making us feel right at home. The efficiency and cheerfulness of the staff matched the quality of the food.
If you’re in Lakewood Ranch and craving the best pancakes (or just a genuinely great atmosphere), get to Station 400. We can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu, but honestly, it’s going to be hard to order anything but those perfect pancakes again!

Our hungry group of 6 came in 20 minutes before closing, and was welcomed immediately with smiles. Our server Cory was efficient and very friendly, and answered our questions promptly. Water and drinks came immediately. Food was excellent, and pricing was very reasonable. My blue cheese jalapeno burger and home-made sweet potato fries were excellent!! Highly recommend it. We will be back.

Cappuccino was served cold, the biscuit was stale, and the eggs did not taste fresh. I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. None of the food had any flavor. Very disappointing overall.Smells and germy table.Never be back

This morning we went down to Main Street to have brunch at Station 400! Bill made his own omelette while I tried their bacon salted caramel pancakes! . Their menu is a combination of regular fare for those who don’t venture off the normal path and some different options for those ready to try food a little outside the normal box!The coffee was good and hot! The service was attentive and bubbly! The food was served quickly and was hot and delish!! it’s clean and still unique with the rain decor and the train that runs around the top which is loved by children and adults! We love having this location close to us!!

Exceptionally nice people working here, attentive well run, delicious, priced fairly reasonable, especially in this moment where most people have raised their prices. If I live closer, I’d eat there many times a week.

We went for breakfast and were immediately greeted and seated. Our waiter first came by for our drink orders and when delivering those he took our food orders.
All 3 selections we made were delicious and well portioned.

This place is amazing. Had breakfast here for the first time yesterday. Breakfast burrito with cheesy grits. Great flavor. Homemade guac and salsa verde sauces were incredible. GF had the French omelette and loved it. Homemade strawberry jam. We will absolutely be making this part of our routine when traveling to Sarasota.

This is another one of my all time FAVORITE breakfast places. It is a tad bit pricier but it is worth it! The truffle eggs benedict with hash browns (I recommend addings a slice of cheddar) is to die for. Nearly ten years now of going there and I can’t order anything else. I try, and don’t get me wrong, the food there is delicious period… But I cannot stop my obsession with the truffle eggs Benny. My husband loves the biscuits and gravy. Our boys love their endless and delicious pancake options. Their mimosa options are also a highlight for me! I even remade their blackberry bramble mimosa as my specialty drink at my wedding. ☺️ The Lemon Ave location has a GORGEOUS outdoor seating area. The LWR location has a few tables outside, which are nice, but if you’re wanting an outdoor breakfast, go to the Lemon Ave location.
Both can get busy, so I recommend going with the expectation you’ll wait for a table. I can promise it’s worth it!

Had an amazing brunch with a friend. Grits were super creamy, fries crispy without being burnt, perfect toast, tasty omelette although the asparagus was maybe not a great choice. For a Sunday there was no wait. Will definitely be back!

There’s a bit of a wait, but the food is good. Everything is very clean and the service is good. They have baked goods that are just wonderful and breakfast dishes that you wouldn’t find at many other places. It’s upscale but not noisy today lol. They are usually busy and it is a little tough to have a conversation. But the food is delicious and the wait is worth it.
