Was hesitant with lack of reviews but the food looked good. Had the shu shi ramen. I will say the broth had good flavor, the ramen came with a good number of toppings, and there was a lot of it in general. I wasn’t a fan of the chashu, it was quite tough. Other than the chashu, the ramen was solid.
Staff was great and atmosphere was nice. Would recommend coming in and trying something!

Nice noodle and rice spot in the area
Came here for lunch and had their shu shu ramen and their chashu bowl. Food came out quickly and it tasted great. The broth was creamy and well balanced and the chashu was tender and flavorful

Went on a rainy night which for sure probably make it more busy than usual. My partner and I got there at 6 and waited a whole hour and a half for our food to get to us(We only ordered karaage wings and 2 shu shu ramens). Not only that there were some ladies to our right that had gotten there 30 minutes before us so it took them more than 2 hours to get their food. As well as people on our left had only gotten drinks and just didn’t want to wait as long as we didn’t so we left. No one told us anything like “I’m sorry for the wait” not until we got up and finally decided we wanted to leave then my ramen was already finished. The worst part is the fact that we noticed that DoorDash orders were being done so fast that they completed more than several Doordash orders before I could get my food. I’m not a person to complain about these type of things but just bring me back to why I don’t like to try new places with my partner. Like I said I understand that it’s busy but please at least let us know or drop some off the total of the dinner literally ANYTHING. Other than that the food was mediocre.

Small restaurant located in a business area. Friendly service and nice interior setting. Food is priced on the higher end with average portion sizes and good presentation. The takoyaki ($7.95), triple tonkotsu ramen ($15.95), and sesame tofu bowl ($13.59) were all decently tasty. Super disappointed with the taiyaki momo (actually $9.95 even tho the menu on the table lists it for $7.89; they admitted they hadn’t updated their menus but didn’t honor the old price). For $10, I got a soggy microwaved red bean taiyaki (don’t expect freshly made or even in-house made) and 2 pieces of mochi ice cream, which is very lackluster for such a pricey dessert. First time customer, will not be returning.

6/25/24 first time here- it was close to my hotel & it was an easy walk.
I got the Shoyu ramen $15 -medium spice with a side of two pork Pot stickers. I figured for $4 the Pot stickers would have been placed in my soup but no, they arrived in their own little bowl that I immediately put hot oil on.
The soup was good and had nice flavor.
Comparable (quality and $) to some of the NYC ramen joints I’ve been to, so it’s decent.
Hot green tea (free refills) was good & HOT (like napkin wrap the cup hot!)
Service was fine.
I’d eat here again but will certainly try to find other places while I’m chillin in Ventura.

This place is incredible. The staff are super friendly, the place is small and cute, and you have a nice view of the iconic Oxnard tower!
The waitress when we went there recommended the Shoyu Ramen and it is some dang good, flavorful ramen.
You are able to ask for a spice level (which there are 5 of) and I got the 4. It was pretty spicy and savory.
They also have some super delicious fruit iced tea that I highly recommend 🙂
Update: I’ve been here several times already and this place is the real deal. I really suggest coming here, they are awesome and incredible. They work really hard and make great ramen. The best Ramen in my opinion is the Shoyu Ramen. It is very savory and satisfies your ramen craving 🙂

I decided to try this place because of good reviews. $60 later, I regret it. It took them 1 hour and a half to give me my ramen while they were getting doordash orders out like nothing. They didn’t apologize for being late or anything either. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

This was sooooooo good. I normally never write reviews but this place DEFINITELY deserves it. The staff was wonderful and so kind and patient. The bao buns, ramen, and boba were absolutely delicious. It was also very clean and neat. I really can’t say enough how amazing this was. I’ll definitely come back here soon! ❤️

Had the coconut curry Ramen spicy + egg…. Delicious! With cheese potatoe on a stick, savory, crunchy, salty with a Lil bit of spice from the chili I put on mmmmm. Karaage not pictured also really good. Pretty much popcorn chicken with their special sauce don’t forget to put some chilli paste on it…. didn’t really care for the dessert had the red bean waffle with green tea ice cream. I learned I’m not a fan of red bean. All around great service good food!
