After waiting a very long time when there was only one person in front of me, it seemed like the staff was panicking or something because the cashier did a terrible job. There was 2 of us ordering together, and she was trying to ring me up while my partner was still ordering. I made it clear that that our orders would be together, and she looked at me and said “I know.” Then continued to ring up my food on a separate ticket, and told me to pay. I trusted her, so I payed and then she ended up having us paying separately. She did not know what was going on and she could’ve clarified with me or something instead of pretending like she knew what I was saying when I told her our orders were together. She was rushing us so much that we didn’t even get to use our coupon for free guac, if she would’ve just slowed down and waited until my partner was done ordering to put our ticket together we would’ve been able to use his coupon. But instead, she charged us separately and made me pay for the guac. And then, I didn’t even get the guac. I got charged for guac that I didn’t get. She also charged me for 2 bags of chips when I only ordered one. I called chipotle support and they said they’d send me a coupon to get a free guac and I haven’t received that coupon yet. Just a hot mess express.

This location is the absolute worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone 4 times now, every time has had issues, especially the drive through pickup. Missing protein on 2 of the 4 bowls, unhelpful and rude staff, cold rice, and most recently, a bowl missing protein, cheese and salsa. I was literally just given a bowl of rice, sour cream, fajitas and 1 of the two salsas I ordered. Is this some kind of sick joke???

I enjoyed going to this chipotle when they first opened up, now it’s definitely the worst one in town, as far as service and the value you get.
I came back from the east coast where they provided good portion sizes, and here they barely even give any meat. This place is a joke. And a waste of money. Workers who don’t speak English, pay $16 for 3 pieces of carne asada, and if you go at the wrong time the line is outrageous due to one person serving the food to customers.
I repeat don’t waste your time, until this location values its customers and gives a fair portion size for what we pay. We pay more just to get less. Mind blowing!

Tbh this is one of the worst Chipotle’s i’ve ever had. Staff was weird , I walked in the man didn’t greet or anything. Starting warming tortillas etc in my face before acknowledging me to order.. Mind you I eat chipotle like twice a week faithfully. I’ve tried pretty much every location around kc, nkc, kansas etc. This one takes the cake for the worst food quality ever. The chips were stale both bags lol. My food was colddddd!! I got half chicken/half carne and the meat was lacking both color and flavor. Steak was super chewy. The atmosphere is nice! and it is by far one of the cleanest chipotle locations I’ve visited but that’s the only positive things I have to say. Please do better

Worst food I’ve ever paid for. Ordered a bowl with chicken. The “chicken” was a big chunk of skin and gristle and was not edible. The rice and rest of the bowl had a funny taste and was not appetizing. Since the chicken apparently comes out of a big plastic bag from corporate, I am guessing this is a corporate issue. Never eating Chipotle again. The employees were not polite or welcoming either. Weird vibes at this location.

Giving 5 stars for the new hire Shakira ONLY!! (I apologize if not spelled right she has a light brown complexion, beautiful smile, and dark hair). My cousin and I visited this establishment today and for at least 3-5 minutes straight with no other customers in the restaurant we were blatantly ignored, had conversations spoken over us as if we weren’t there, and given lackluster service when we finally were acknowledged. That changed once Shakira stepped in. I let her know how uncomfortable we felt and she immediately apologized and took over helping us. Her smile, kindness, and professionalism was not lost on us and she should be rewarded especially when every other coworker there acted nonchalantly.

Ordered through the app and was told 730. Showed up at 730 in the drive through and waited for 25 minutes before getting my food that was ready at 730. Of course once I finally got it the burritos were both cold. The cherry on top was that the chips were soggy and stale as well. Not sure what had happened to chipotle but im about done with it all together.

Terrible service. I stood at the counter for several minutes while the employees walked around talking and laughing, completely ignoring me. I kept making eye contact with multiple employees, but they just walked past me without ever greeting me or acknowledging my existence. They even kept looking over and laughing while I was trying to get their attention after several minutes had already passed. I have NEVER encountered such level of unprofessionalism.The whole staff was rude and acted like customers didn’t matter. I won’t be coming back to this location again. 0 stars, don’t recommend.
