The good. Good food. Great ambience.
The bad. None at this time

We had a couple of sandwiches with fries. The Aussie was excellent. I would go as far as calling this a signature dish.
The croissant was good, comparable to other good places, but not one I would come back for. That honor is saved for the Aussie.
The desserts looked amazing but we didn’t have room for that… we will leave it to a future visit.
The ambience was a mix of modern and cottage… weird but very cozy.
This is one nice place, I wish I had find it earlier.

As someone who spends time exploring local cafés and restaurants, I’ve learned to appreciate places that consistently deliver both quality food and genuine hospitality. Uptown Koffee and Kafe is one of those spots that gets both right, every single time.

Service Experience:

Their customer service is truly exceptional and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. No request seems too big or too complicated. Even when I customize orders in ways that might make other kitchens hesitate. I’ve asked for things like piling every available meat onto their BYOB sandwich, and they handle it cheerfully and without hesitation. That kind of attitude makes guests feel valued, not inconvenient.

Food Quality:

The food itself never disappoints. Everything I’ve ordered has been fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and meals always arrive hot and freshly made. Their dessert selection deserves special recognition as well. They regularly offer specials that are outstanding, but you’ll want to arrive early because the best desert items often sell out quickly.

Final Take:

Uptown Koffee and Kafe is the kind of place that easily becomes part of your regular routine. Between the warm, welcoming service and a menu full of satisfying, well-prepared food and drinks, it’s hard to leave disappointed. If you enjoy supporting great local businesses and appreciate a café that consistently delivers, this is a spot worth visiting and revisiting often.

Been driving past for a few months and finally stopped through the drive through. Service was extremely friendly, everything was made fresh. Ordered the breakfast burritos with spam, and the country sausage gravy burrito both were diabolically good. Their smoothie and coffee was also amazing. Can’t wait to be back!

Would have been a five star. The pumpkin dessert in the cup was really good I enjoyed that one but I only took a bite of the Reese cheese cake and it was a little too thick for me but after one bite I found 4 pieces of hair in it. Other then that I would recommend trying them out

I went on a Thursday around 1pm. First time there. They have parking and a drive through. I went in.
They look to have many things I’d like to try eating but went with the Aussie Chicken Sandwich and it taste great. My only complaint on the Sandwich is that the bread was not toasted enough because the sauce made it a little soggy which made me pick it apart instead of eating it properly.
However the flavor was there. I’d just suggest asking for very toasted bread.
I also purchased a couple rice crispy treats and a Apply coffee cake. Both tasted great.
There was no wait and the atmosphere was great. It’s a beautiful place and the staff was very friendly.
Their appetizers are Dine In Only which was a disappointment cause I would have liked to take some with me.
I’ll be back to try some other items in the future.

Love this cafe. While I didn’t try the drive through, I did dine in. The atmosphere is great and roomy. My favorite part was the long window length table with bar stools. There are so many options it will take forever to try all the wonderful menu items. I tried the Raspberry Rhubarb Danish, Banana Frappe special and Caprese Sandwich with chicken. Everything was delicious. As much as I would like to repeat my order, I want to try everything else as well. If you are in the area, be sure to stop in.

Staff is friendly. However, paying $16 not including tax, for a steak wrap, with only about 4 pieces of steak in it, is very disappointing. It tasted good, but was filled with just rice, lettuce and peppers/tomatoes. But a bit frustrating to pay that and have hardly any steak. You can count the pieces in my picture where I opened up the wrap, because i thought there was truly no steak in it at all from first picture, unwrapped.

Come here regularly. For my GF people they have a great breakfast sandwich and GF treats. GF bread available for the lunch sandwiches too. Great decor and lots of items to purchase for whatever holiday season we are in. The staff is friendly and outgoing. Food is served hot and delicious and the coffe is great too.

I had one of the most disappointing and upsetting experiences here. My daughter planned a last-minute baby shower for me due to health issues, and although we arrived later than planned, we fully understood paying for the full three hours. What was heartbreaking was the complete lack of courtesy or compassion. Instead of allowing us to stay until their closing time at 3pm (which would have still been within the hours we paid for), we were rushed and only had about an hour to set up and try to enjoy the moment.

The server was extremely standoffish, and when we went downstairs chatting, she opened the door in a way that made it clear she was pushing us out. She even yelled out a window at someone in our group over a minor thing — walking through a small bush area — which felt unprofessional and unnecessary.

For a place that relies on customers and celebrations, I’m not sure why anyone would treat guests this way. This was supposed to be a special memory, but instead it was stressful and hurtful. I would not return after this experience. I’m not sure if it is a racial thing but in our group there were Hispanics and blacks.

I also couldn’t help but wonder if our treatment had anything to do with bias, as our group included both Hispanic and Black guests. I’m not saying this was intentional, but the way we were treated compared to other customers made us uncomfortable and raised concerns.

Food is usually good. Drinks are good too. Atmosphere is great! Service and excellent. My 3 stars is only because I received my eggs Benedict with cooked yolks and soft potatoes. I like em crunchy and soft inside.
It was a miss this time but I’ll still come back.
