Love Is A Parable
This was our first time checking out Uptown Dogs, and wow. From the moment we walked in, we loved the warm, family type vibe. The staff was patient and helped us understand the menu and all of our options, especially since we came outside of lunch time. My children and I really enjoyed it. This is definitely a go to spot.
The food was amazing. They offer a variety of options, including alternatives to beef and pork. We tried the turkey dog and the chicken sausage, and both were great. The atmosphere was just as good as the food. Definitely a recommend. Ten out of ten.

My two children, 11 and 9yo loved Uptown Dogs. The owner Dwayne, is incredibly helpful and nice to the kids. The children ordered a round of two hot dogs and then another round. They loved the hot dogs, service and atmosphere. My husband got the picnic dog and enjoyed it as well.

Uptown Dogs is hands down one of the best spots around! The Picnic Dog was absolutely delicious, and I’m not just saying this, it’s honestly the best hot dog I’ve ever had. The flavors were perfect and everything tasted super fresh.
Dee is very personable and truly goes above and beyond with customer service. You can tell he really cares about his customers and the experience he provides. On top of that, the place is extremely clean and well kept.

I just had a surprised birthday party here and the Owner and staff were amazing. They really know how to cater to you. They were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. I’m still getting calls from friends and family giving praise to the owner and staff. Thanks for your help in making my party a truly memorable one. You all are awsome. LETS TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Me and my wife visited uptown dogs bar and grill and let’s just say we were very satisfied walking out. I had been searching for a great hotdog spot and this place exceeded my expectations. The food A-1. Get into that turkey and beef chili, both delicious. The perfect spot to go hand out for drinks, smoke some hookah, good much, a great bit to eat and great energy all around. I can’t say enough about the owner. He made sure we enjoyed every second we spent. So don’t wait, GO NOW. We will be returning soon. There are plenty events that happen there such as R& Bingo, wine tastings, and there’s also a pool table. Let’s just say they’re doing something right. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Delicious experience! Dwayne was fantastic at detailing the menu and all of the offerings. You can get Sabretts, Nathan’s or Red Leaf dogs on the freshest Martin Potato Rolls I’ve ever had. Dogs were delicious, Dwayne was terrific and the music was an awesome throwback. We’ll be back for sure.

Talk about a hidden gem. Never knew this place was here until Google pointed me to “the best Chicago style hotdog”….Not only were the dogs incredible, I had a great conversation with Dwayne, the owner. I’ll definitely be back ASAP when I have more time to stay.

I met the most pleasant, and friendly owner , Mr. Dee At his spot “Uptown Dogs” The atmosphere is great. The conversation was great. The food was even better. I had two picnic style dogs. One was a mild sausage and the other was his all beef hotdog. Now I’ve never had a hotdog with mustard, chili coleslaw, and topped w/potato salad. It was delicious. You’ve gotta try it out. The Food is great, the atmosphere is on point and he is very friendly. Much respect to this New Yorker.
