I’m surprised this place is a little slow on a Sunday compared to the Taproom downstairs. AMAZING bar and restaurant with fun and calm atmosphere. The elder flower spritz was super light and refreshing. A great place to hang out and study inside or take a day to chill in the sun. Modern sports bar with full bar and yummy gourmet menu. The staff is incredible (Kay and Kelly ) and accommodating! the drinks are so delicious and the food is to hands down just so damn good!

You are missing out if you don’t come here!

This is a great spot that needs more notoriety! A little gem in Parker with great views, nice decor, delicious food and friendly service.

They have a nice-sized patio that includes TVs, string lights, adirondack chairs, and a few group games like the large Connect 4. There are also ledges that you can sit at with your drink to enjoy the amazing view.

I’ve also been here for dinner once before and the food was equally delicious as today’s brunch was.

We ordered the lox and bagels, apple french toast, short rib poutine, haze IPA and bottomless mimosas. Everything was delicious but the short rib poutine was outstanding.

The service from Kay was friendly, quick and very helpful with great menu suggestions. We will be back for sure!!!

We met a friend for dinner and drinks at The Upper Deck last weekend. It was our first time there, and based on the reviews on Google, we didn’t have high expectations. But, we were curious about the Laszlo Hotel and the restaurant itself, so we went for it.

We arrived and were seated quickly on the patio. COVID and social distancing are still a thing, and there was plenty of room between us and the other guests to make everyone feel comfortable. The view of the orange sunset (from the ongoing forest fires) was excellent from our table. Our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Queso Trio which was delicious and offered plenty for three of us to share. Cocktails were really good too; skinny peach seltzer, pretty in pink, and the El Diablo were all quite tasty. They also had some great deals on beers at the time.

However, the burgers really stole the show. We ordered both the Ultimate Burger and a House Burger. The kitchen cooks them with some pink inside which is perfect for me, but my wife likes them a little more well done. Everything came out just as we ordered. The flat fries were really good and a little different that what usually comes with a burger. We also ordered an ice cream sandwich to share, and it was a little taste of heaven!

There are a bunch of things in the menu that sounds good, so we will definitely be back again in the near future. The patio area to be heated, so that should extend the outside dining season by weeks or maybe months?!?

So, if you’re looking for a REALLY good, local burger place, do yourself a favor and give The Upper Deck a chance in spite of what you might read online!

Friendly staff, very knowledgable on the menu, and the men looked very nice in their uniforms. The women managers on the other hand… They should really have a dress code. The food – very limited menu, the brussel sprouts tasted chard, the burger bun was soggy by the time it came to me, but the burger itself was yummy. If I was making it though, I would have added a fig jelly and it would have been perfect. The fries were probably the best part of the whole meal. Nice presentation on the desert, but it lacked in flavor. All in all, not somewhere we will be returning.

Burgers are above average. I like the fish taco more. The biggest problem is parking – the valet parking acquires most parking spot.

Love this place! I recently found it and have kept coming back because it’s so amazing! Everything I’ve tried has been wonderful and the best part was the service! I was happy to see one of my favorite servers from Trapper’s (Taylor) is now working here. I know others have mentioned parking, which can be tough but you can park at the movie theatre and use the back entrance, and they also offer free valet on the weekends! Come try it and ask for Taylor, you won’t regret it! Oh and they also have an amazing brunch on Saturday and Sunday!

I don’t know why we decided to give this place another try. Went tonight and waited for someone, anyone!, to come to our table or even acknowledge we were there. After 20 minutes we just walked out. We’re now at the Hickory House, where our waitress was at our table within 90 seconds of being seated. Don’t bother with Upper Deck, their service just sucks.

I came here with 3 other girl friends around 7:30pm on a Friday night. We sat there for 1 hour before anyone came to our table. We had no water nothing. Once a waiter did come to us, things got even worse. It took so long for the drinks and food to come. Once the food finally arrived, we were given no silverware. We finally had to go up to the front of the restaurant to ask for them and was given some plastic forks! The waiter realized we have had the worst service and said we would get a discount on our bill which didn’t happen so we asked to speak to the manager. I usually don’t do this but this was the worse dinning experience of my life. (I wish I were exaggerating!) We were very polite but explained our experience. The manager said to us “well it looks like you are all your food” in a very condescending way. She also said “you could have come and gotten our attention” as if this was all our fault. Anyways, there were lots of other tables having terrible service as well. One table had a piece of plastic from a cheese slice cooked into her burger. They weren’t quite as nice as us and they got in a big fight with the manager. I think she called the cops on them. Such a shame as the roof top location is cool and Parker needs some good places but this one is just not it!

We first looked at reviews. Then we tried to make reservations through open table. It said there was nothing available. We were already there so we tried a walk-in and got right in. There are no reservations. Anyway they are trying to work out those issues with Open Table. The drinks were excellent and not watered down. Jose waited on us and was also our awesome bartender. Finally, Parker has a burger place that knows how to prepare a delicious American favorite. We also had the Jalapeño poppers. All was fantastic and the service was equally as good. Any restaurant has issues when they first open but come on Parker, show some love. It’s a bit pricey but good food and atmosphere should be. Enjoy!!

We went as a curious group of six to check out the Upper Deck restaurant shortly after the opening. We were exploring with no expectations. Without any particular complaint we all came away slightly disappointed. The service was fine, but couldn’t make up for a very noisy room, over priced hamburgers as the main course which were lean and healthy, but not very good. The draft IPA beer was good, but you will need to drink a lot of it to be happy and rate the restaurant highly.
The restaurant is there to stay and I suspect they’ll learn, make changes and improve; but this is not a good beginning.
