Went for lunch on a Thursday at noon. Chatted with the Outdoor Rec staff for about an hour first. Joel was easy to talk to and gave us an excellent recommendation for the fish. At first glance, I wasn’t impressed, especially for $12. However, the food was fresh, molten-hot, and the oil it was fried in was clean. The fish was outstanding, fries were excellent, and the hush puppies OK. We didn’t have leftovers, but we also didn’t leave hungry. My opinion after finishing lunch was changed and we’ll definitely return, as long as the quality doesn’t dip and the prices don’t go up.
Was also told the happy hour wings after 1500 are fantastic as well.
The view is beautiful and tables available to eat at, inside or out. Everything was clean. Great place to just go, sit and watch the sunset too.
