I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs, a decision I soon came to regret. The only consolation was that the food was piping hot when she brought it to the table. However, my optimism quickly faded as I discovered that the eggs were overcooked and the chicken fried steak’s toughness surpassed that of even the most resilient piece of leather rendering it inedible.

We were able to call ahead and put our name on the list. The staff was nice and had great suggestions. Buffalo stew was good. Jeremiah’s big breakfast was huge! Navajo Taco is big and delicious. Our son had the biscuits and gravy and said it’s not like mom makes them but they are good. To sum it up the food was great and they served our party of 6 just right!

A friend took me there. All I can say is “wow!” Food was outstanding and the portion size was very generous! Price was very reasonable (under $20 for a lot of food), and the service was good. I liked the rustic decor, and the tables were kept clean. Next time I’m back in town, I will definitely eat there.

Very impressed! We all enjoyed our meals and for the price and the amount of food you get is great! Their menu has a variety to pick from and their serving sizes are larger than most. Jeremiah’s provided a unique experience as it is welcoming and has great service. If you are not from Utah or aren’t familiar with Jeremiah’s I would say to ALWAYS reserve a table an hour before as this place is poppin on Sundays.

Okay so I have been to this restaurant twice now in the last 9 days. The first visit was absolutely worth it. The food is great, the Customer Service is excellent and the atmosphere is amazing. The second visit I wasn’t so keen on. They have a dish that is advertised as better than your mom’s, it’s a roast beef dish. Sadly I must say that it’s not that good. In fact the same dish at Golden Corral is way better. But the first meal I had which was the Pulled Pork sandwich was absolutely delicious. It’s very rare for me to find a BBQ in an out of the way restaurant like this that has a barbecue sauce that I really like. (By the way the restaurant sits just off of Interstate 15 north of Salt Lake City about 30-40 min drive and it’s not technically out of the way). It’s not a vinegar based BBQ and that’s the key element for me. I love it. In fact, overall I love this restaurant and regardless of my second visit not being so good I will most definitely be going back for many more meals that I want to try. Oh and if your a fan of “Fry sauce “ according to my wife they have the best she’s tasted recently which has a “Chipotle “ seasoning added to it. Next update I’ll try to post some pictures of the food. I didn’t get any in my first two visits but here are some pics inside the restaurant which is also connected to a motel. This is a must go visit restaurant if your in the area.

Best food on 12th street. All day breakfast. Twice as much food as you need! Interesting menu and setting.

I had heard great word of mouth reviews by people in my area and I was excited to try them. The sitting area was beautiful and we enjoyed looking around their cute little gift shop they had while we waited. The wait was quite extended, but we were hungry, so we waited. I asked for a good recommendation. The waitress said they had the best country gravy around (smokey sausage), so I went with the chicken fried steak. The only thing I liked was my scone. My eggs were overcooked, the gravy was bland and the chicken fried steak tasted bad. The pancakes were dry and syrup was cold. When we were asked how the food was, the waitress was upset about the feedback and was not kind. My son and I were the only ones to eat the chicken fried steak and we both were horribley sick the rest of day. I will not be dining here again. I thought I posted this a while back, but didn’t. This experience was about 2 months ago.

Was Ok. New to area and ate there twice in the past week. Large servings but a bit cafeteria tasting. I got the pot roast first time – very tender yet gravely tasted canned and a bit salty in a canned food kind of way. I’m a gravy lover so that was a deal breaker for me. My friend got the country fried steak and he loved it. He also loved the alcohol options. I don’t drink so meh. Second time I got biscuits and gravy. Surprisingly not enough flavor in the gravy and the biscuits were very dense/heavy. Home fries were what looked like deep fried and over cooked potatoes – no flavor besides fried. Large portions but mediocre flavors. Oh and the second time we sat for 10 min without even being acknowledged. Apparently a miscommunication between the wait staff, but we are brown and all the white folk were being served so it felt off. We finally asked for a server and the girl assigned was very friendly and rushed our food order due to the mix up. The chocolate Malt Shake was very good. The cheesecake was too Philadelphia cheesy – almost straight cheese – I’m a cheesecake lover and this one didn’t hit the spot.

1st time here based on a reccomedation from a friend. 40 min. Wait for breakfast at 1030am. Atmosphere was great, neat decor. I asked for water with lime and was told if I wanted more than one I would be charged 4.99 for a bowl of fruit. The portions sizes on the southwest burrito and chicken fried steak were enourmous. Chipolte tortilla had more kick than the green chili’s, or pepper jack in the burrito. Steak was alittle oily. Check came a minute after our food was served. No military discount is offered. Waitress processed out check right at the table, very effeciently.
