I love going here it’s always really laid back and the fire makes it homey. The staff is chill and the lat time we when in it was a hour and a half before closing and I didn’t feel like a nuisance. They had our two pizzas out really fast and it still tasted good

This place just did not live up to the hype for me. The crust did not seem very thin or hand made and the pizza did seem like they were cooked in a brick oven. The calzone was somewhat bland but otherwise OK. The supreme pizza had very very little sauce on it. There were a good amount of toppings and a nice crispy crust. The plain cheese pizza was the best of the items we ordered. Plenty of sauce and good flavor. All in all just not a great experience. The restaurant was very nice clean expect for a bucket sitting next to the bar catching a very large amount of condensation from the AC unit, we were set right near it. The staff was great, our server was very attentive and helpful. So over all an OK place to eat but just didn’t really cut it for my family and I.

So our family came into Upper Crust For My Grandsons Birthday Saturday 10-26-24 at around 2pm and Our Waitress Was Amanda And She Was Fantastic (except for my daughter ‘s Greek pizza didn’t get put in)Needless To Say She Apologized And Placed Her Pizza Order In.In The Meantime We’ve All Eaten Our Appetizer’s And Salad So My Daughter Asked Her If She’d Go Ahead And Just Put Her Pizza In A Box Along With Our Other To Go Items We Placed With Our Order.
Got Our Tickets, Boxed Up Our Food,And Came Home.
Next Afternoon… Daughter Is Finally Getting To Her Greek Pizza And Low And Behold A Pebble,One That You Know If You’ve Ever Worked In The Food Industry,You Know Your Shoes Gather The Pebbles Out Back Either While Your Smoking Our Taking Trash Out In The Little Crevasses Of Your Shoe.
So Someone Went To A Tremendous Effort To Place That Pebble Strategically In The Pocket Of The Crust When It Likes To Bubble Up Right In With The Sauce N Cheese.
Almost Choked My Daughter Out And Broke Her Tooth!!!!!!
She Called Right After It Happened And Spoke To A Gentleman Who Took Down What Happened And Said Management Would Reach Out…………….

Worked in the Food Industry Since 1998,Myself And I Know That Most Employers Want To Make Sure This Never Happens Again,And All My Previous Employers Would’ve Have Definitely Reached Out,ASAP,But I Guess Jonesboro Upper Crust Don’t Believe Their Customers Or Care That Someone Almost Choked And Broke A Tooth!!!!!
Thank The Lord It Wasn’t My 14 Year Old Grandson,My 4 Year Old Granddaughter,Or My 2 Year Old Grandson Who Was At The Table Eating As Well.
Shame On Whomever Thought That It Was A Good Idea To Scrap The Bottom Of Their Shoes!!!!

Update 2: I wore a jacket today so was more comfortable. The service here is the best! Update: still the best pizza but they keep it so cold in the restaurant we have to bring blankets to be comfortable! Management please turn the air down so your customers can wear regular clothes to eat dinner!!!! …….. This restaurant has some of the best pizza in Jonesboro. Their white pizza sauce is to die for and they use it as their ranch dressing. I recently went and ordered a salad trying to stay away from the bread and I have to say the salad was incredible he was filled with ingredients very filling and very fresh. I highly recommend Upper Crust Pizza.

Always check your tickets. They scam you on the prices. The menu will say that your meals come with something but when you get your bill there is an up charge for the thing the menu claims it comes with. Total scam. Check the prices on everything. All three items we ordered were more expensive than what was on the menu and they made no attempt to correct the mistake. Just said it was up charges for things it should have came with according to the menu.

Service was great but nothing really special about the pizza. The salad was large I ordered a half and couldn’t eat all of it. They had a music group there doing some singing while you eat. It’s fine for a night out.

The ranch is amazing. I love their salads the best. I tried a sub and it was ok but not as good as their pizza. The Ranchero and Rotel pizza are my 2 favorites.

I am really disappointed in the decline of quality and service. I remember coming to Uppercrust with my family and friends a few years back and the pizza was delicious and the atmosphere so inviting. Today was unlike that nostalgic experience, over an hour wait for a simple pepperoni of subpar quality and practically ignored by our waitress.
