This location is always badly understaffed. Whoever owns it needs better management, hire more people and train them better. There is always just 2 people working – a cook and one taking drive thru & walk in orders. No matter what time of day you go or what you order, be prepared to wait. I’m here now (Sunday evening) and only 1 older gentleman is doing everything! Line is long, but is certainly not his fault. Ownership needs to do better.

I’ve been to this location 7 or 8 times now. I always eat inside. My custom Whopper with cheese, easy mayo, extra onion and lettuce is always accurate. Fries with no salt alway come out fresh with no salt as requested. The staff is attentive, polite and the restaurant and bathroom is clean.

The employees were amazing and as helpful as could be with the system. However it’s very frustrating when I’m a paying Walmart plus member with perks at Burger King one of the only places in fastfood that actually carries the “impossible whopper” but the “free whopper every 3 months” does not apply to the vegetarian version so it’s always a hassle to explain this while trying to use the coupon. It makes me want to stop going to Burger King all together and just buy cheaper impossible patties to make at home cutting out fast food all together.

The woman they have in the early afternoon as a cashier, her name is Brenda I believe if I saw her name tag correctly, She lied to my sister about not having a value cheeseburger on the menu when me and her where looking straight at it and she told me to tell her what I wanted on the burger as she is inputting it into the system.

I used to work at this location and I get how fast food sucks. But management needs to train this poor woman correctly. I just told her never mind and left. There’s no point in arguing when she’s not properly trained

We ordered two whoppers, one as a meal, one by its self as well as cinnamon rolls, jalapeno cheddar bites and 2 cookies, everything was exceptional and very well crafted, and the nice lady taking our order was very kind and complimented my mother’s skirt overall we were very satisfied with our meals.

Cheap & Rude!
I just got 3 orders of fries and two orders of mozzarella fries and they only gave me one bbq sauce. I asked for the 2 marinara that corn with the moz. Fries and they told me to ey can only give me one. Fries apparently only come with ketchup.
I understand if it’s small fries and so much sauce but when you buy multiple and they can even give you one sauce pack for each item, that’s very cheap!
She wasn’t even nice about it. Atleast you can inform the customer explaining that it’s store policy. When all you keep saying is, I am going to charge you for it. I’m going to charge you for it… I find it very rude. At least say it nicely I completely understand policy and that sometimes it’s not in their hands, but I know it’s not Burger King policy because the one by our house has no issues giving one sauce with each item you buy. Would not come to this location again.

I went in for a whopper n fries. But I remembered the app had a combo deal of 2 burgers fries n drinks. I had an issue getting the location settled on my phone. The lady who took my order did great.

The level of incompetence that is allowed at this establishment is bewildering. No one in the staff speaks English, including the manager and they consistently make mistakes and feel like it’s okay. These people have the easiest job on the planet working fast food and they can’t seem to get that right
