HAIR in baked s’mores cookie. I was so ready to leave a good review on their customized pizza and pricing and I bought a cookie from their counter with the jumbo marshmallow in the middle. I dined in for my pizza and took the cookie for my trip home. I was actually eating the cookie until i decided to break it in pieces because i was in the car and crumbs were falling . Once i was ready to open the cookie i turned on my flash and saw a hair sticking out from the dead center meaning it was prepped and baked with hair. I open it further and the hair is all tangled on the insides of the cookie showing 3 strings of hair starting from one piece and ending in the other. I just threw it away i was disgusted. Wear hair nets please.

Since the very first day I started coming here, this place has always delivered ok, but today was something else. The pizza was next level — perfectly baked, fresh ingredients, full of flavor, and made with real care. You could tell the guys behind the counter put their heart into it.

HUGE shoutout to AJ at U Pizza! This guy’s customer service is wonderful, just off the charts! My pregnant wife was craving pizza like crazy, and with it storming outside like a hurricane here in Florida, we didn’t know if it was possible. But AJ went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
Let me tell you, this guy is a stud. He made it happen when no one else could. And the pizza? “World’s Best Customer Service”, no joke. They have pizza down to a science, to an art! It’s always spectacular and on point.
We are so thoroughly happy. For it being a chain or whatever, it’s a perfect establishment. We will 100% be recommending them to everyone. Ask for AJ, he’s the best!

First time trying Upizza today . The lady took my order then left me standing there . I didn’t know when or where to pay . I told her it was to go originally. I did receive my pizza quickly however was asked again for here or to go . The pizza does not look or taste thoroughly cooked plus it is soggy. Unfortunately I probably will not order from here again .
