I live quite close to this place and for around 8 years have come here.
Over the years they’ve gotten a good staff and even though there can be a wait these guys have always made our food with care.
Today they were short staffed (Friday dinner time) the guys there were super friendly and working hard while we piled in showing how many people ordered.
They killed it, id rather wait a few more minutes for good food and friendly service then someone who doesn’t care rushing through.
Whatever you pay them, pay them more so you make sure to keep them.

I was given the wrong order. I didn’t discover it was wrong until 20 minutes after picking it up and sitting down to eat with my family. I called the store number and the young man who picked up stated that he wasn’t at the location, he was at some sort of order intake center. He offered to transfer me to the store phone and put me on hold. A few minutes later the call was picked up and immediately disconnected. It seemed to me I had been hung up on. I attempted to call the number again and it rang continuously and retried calling 4 or 5 times before a robo-voice simply said the call couldn’t be answered and it hung up. So it seems to me the store ducked was ducking my calls. I’m not going to bother trying again.
If ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage and another thin crust with chicken and bacon. We were given a pizza with olives (I can’t stand them) and another with sausage and onions. When I picked up the order these were the only two pizzas in the holding cabinet so I suspect they had already given my order to the person these belonged to before I arrived.
We’ll be ordering from somewhere else unless this can be resolved somehow, which is a shame because we’ve been ordering from this location for the past 4 years.

Got delivery. Order was for 8 boneless wings, got 3 somewhat breaded chunks of chicken and a big pile of bread with a scrap of chicken in it. The pizza had way too much tomato sauce and a thin layer of cheese and some pepperoni. The bone in wings was the only good thing we got.

I hoped to bring my daughter her favorite pizza. Pizza Hut pan pizza. Called to place my order because no online orders were being accepted. When I asked for pan pizza, I was informed that traditional hand tossed was the closest I could get to what I wanted. Searching online about this situation the next day, I was surprised to learn that Pizza Hut changed their recipe in 2019. I guess it’s time for me to search for a great pan pizza since it can’t come from Pizza Hut anymore.

I ordered an original crust pizza with three toppings. What I got was a hand tossed pizza which is not what I ordered. The employees at this location did a great job of giving me good pizza but, that’s not what I ordered. There’s a difference between the two crust. I only wanted what I ordered and did not get what I wanted. I blame whoever took the order from me and then submitted it to this location .So, I guess I just have to accept this because of their error. It’s not fair and some kind of coupon should be given to all of us who experience these mistakes! Recently I went to primantis and they messed up my order and they are willing to make it up to me which I salute Paul for doing so. This needs to stop and people need to speak up because they don’t care about you as long as they got your money! Waiting now for Pizza Hut response but I won’t hold my breath

First: Employees are NOT required to wear gloves when preparing food/pizzas.
Second: Employees are always seen washing their hands.
Third: Come order pizza 🙂
New management. New franchise. Always on time! Store is VERY clean! Service is always exceptional. Don’t believe everything you see from these “bad” reviews. The staff always makes orders correct and constantly help out customers!!!! Professional staff!!! Super awesome!!!! I love this store!!

Not sure who the sweet young man was that checked me out with my pizza but he was the absolute best!!! Amazing service and hospitality. 11/10 pizza everytime !!!!

better pizza than other mass produced places. you can’t beat the $2 personal pan pizzas they have on tuesdays currently and they arent stingy w the toppings. The sausage in particular is the best of the chains. Feels like book-it from grade school and im here for it. Thanks homies!
