We ordered way too much! The food was great. They turned away any delivery person who didn’t have an insulated bag so the food wouldn’t be cold. They really care about their food quality!

Incredible, one of the best barbecue ribs, wings, and chicken that I’ve ever had. The owner “Tim” puts so much pride into his perfecting his barbecue meat. He definitely has a winner with his barbecue sauce and his meat preparation for outstanding barbecue ribs. And did I mention the coleslaw is so delicious. And of course, the cornbread is the best I’ve ever had. Truly remarkable to have a great lunch or dinner at

Oh my!!! This place is too good to even describe everything we got was absolutely incredible from the brisket to the sides really tasted like home. Their Texas Twinkie or jalapeno poppers as they call it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The corn tasted just like a family recipe and the cheesey hash browns were so good I’d buy them by the gallon. If I moved to a different state tomorrow I would travel back for this food I can’t thank you guys enough for the wonderful hot meal 100% will recommend this place to everyone

Oh my, incredible BBQ! Best brisket ever. Pulled pork devine. Jalapeno sausage mouth watering. Some of the greatest meats I’ve ever had. The mac and cheese and beans were crazy too! Oh, and the shotgun shells were out of this world! We had a little picnic out of the back our buggy. We drove an hour to check this place out. It was worth it!!!

This may be the best barbecued food I’ve ever had. The ribs had a perfect bark and fell off the bone. The ribs were smokey, salty, moist, and sweet. Everything you should expect when you order a rib.
The mac and cheese had an excellent texture and flavor. The staff gave great recommendations and checked with every single diner. Their bbq sauce tastes fresh and homemade. I love that they give three options. Would recommend and cannot wait to come back!

I really enjoyed this place. The dining area is not very large, but it is really good for carry out. First of all, you open the door and get greeted with that great smokehouse smell, and super friendly staff. They dry rub all the meat to not cover up the flavor, you can add sauce later if wanted. I had the loaded southern fries with pulled chicken. They are great. Next time I’ll try them with brisket to get a deeper flavor with the fries. I absolutely loved the beans that are in this dish. A little sweet a little smokey, just good comfort food. Prices are a tad high, but you get a LOT of food for the price, so it is well worth the cost. Overall, i’d like a tad more smoke flavor, but the food was still great-personal preference. We paid $36 for two meals and 2 drinks. It was enough food for 4. I highly recommend trying out Up in Smoke. It’s a nice addition to the St. Cloud dining scene

I’m honestly surprised by our food cause the rest of the reviews sounded amazing.
I got the 2 meat combo with brisket and pork ribs. The brisket was some of the driest I’ve ever had, and the ribs weren’t too far behind in moisture. The flavors were ok, but the ribs didn’t have much flavor from the rub. The ribs weren’t even ribs, they were more like country style and cut across the cartilage with no “bone” anywhere in them.
Service was very friendly and pretty quick bringing the food to the table. The sides were really good, the beans were fantastic and the potato salad was well done! But at the end of the day, I’m there for the BBQ meats and they let me down big time.
Atmosphere was fine, a little small, no bathroom, and the chairs definitely don’t match the rest of the place and are hard to get into and out of with how tight it is.
I’m not going to make it a destination to go here again, but I’d give them another shot if I was close to see if I just got an off batch of both of those meats.

Ive been craving some good bbq since moving up north. I stopped by intending to get some ribs. They were out and peeking at everyones plate the meat looked drier than the saraha desert. The owner was also being rude and condescending to her workers. Definitely going to just grill my own bbq.

Went in at 5:45, ordered brisket and mac and cheese, never have I ever had such a dry brisket, it looks like it wasn’t smoked and it peels apart like roast beef. $25? I wouldn’t have paid $5 and I had to re heat after only a 6 minute drive. Older lady said it was smoked over night but then tells her staff to cook it! Meaning it certainly wasn’t fresh. Very very disappointed.
