My husband and I love these place. The food is great tasting. Remember the most important thing in food is the taste. Date night for us. After 44 yrs married. The lights are romantic. The atmosphere is relaxing.

This restaurant has a cute name, but you probably *won’t* be able to forget it.

I went to Unphogettable around midday on a Saturday with a friend. We had just been to Lee Lee on the other side of the parking lot, and we were ready to eat.

My friend had eaten here before and loved loved loved it. Mark me down as a new fan.

The dining room was modern, clean, and tranquil. I wish a football game hadn’t been on a television within my line of sight, but mercifully the sound was off.

Our server was attentive and knowledgeable.

I got a bowl of pho with vegetables (carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, snow peas, and something I couldn’t identify) and steamed tofu. It was huge! There was so much food there. I took at least half of it home, and made two meals out of it. A lighter eater could have easily made four meals from that bowl of soup.

I also got, at my friend’s insistence, a dish with fish and a beautifully perfect mound of white rice. The fish was cooked with a most delicious glaze. I also took half of this dish home and made another meal of it. It was even very good reheated a couple of days later.

This is not a budget restaurant, but if you have the money, it’s absolutely worth a visit. The food is so delicious!

There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I remember it used to be so packed. They added a 18% fee to your tab now. It took 30 mins plus to get our food. The servers are not personable and feel like they yell at you or are annoyed when you make substitution such as a simple one like “no cilantro”. This used to be our favorite place but probably won’t be coming here. We will choose to go to other places as they have gotten expensive and doesn’t seem like same quality.

I’d say the broth is perfect not too sweet at all. Food came out within 5 min of me ordering and the restaurant was busy. Broth was hot down to the last bite. Reason for the 3 star is because of the menu and price. Never paid so much for a bowl of PHO in my life. They should have 2 sizes at least. It was not worth the price for amount. They also include the tip and there is no selection for tip. Poor lady. She was great. I won’t be back. Plenty of better places in the valley for cheaper price with better menu selections.

Typical pho place and no one was there when we walked in. The service was good and the pho was good. However, it was the 18% service fee they add to every check turned me off. We will not be going back.

The food was quite delicious, when you entered it had a kind of romantic atmosphere. The staff is friendly and charismatic. This was my first time eating here, and I will be coming back. I definitely recommend

Went in for some Pho. I asked for a Pepsi while I went to the restroom. I came back started to look at the menu as I’m about to order I read on the menu they charge 15 percent on all dine in orders. So I’m like ok I guess I’ll just order to go. But if you order to go it’s an extra $1 per item even though I’m sitting in the restaurant. I ended up paying $4.32 for a Pepsi! The restaurant had no smells of amazing food or soup at all so I can only assume it’s mediocre at best and the place was nearly empty

This place has good pho! The staff is always nice and polite. The waitress remembers me and always funny to talk to. Met the owner once and he was also very nice. Good place to go for some nice delicious food.

Tbh, the food was worse than I expected, but the waitress was nice. They have plenty of space with photos of ladies wearing Ao Dai on the wall, which is nice as well.
Be aware of their “No tipping policy” which they use to charge 15% service fee. Well, just to make sure you do not double tip unless you prefer it. I always tip about this amount or above, but I feel like I am forced to do so no matter what at this restaurant

Was excited to try this place with all of the positive reviews but was left feeling disappointed.

Ordered food for takeout and was told it would be 20-25 minutes. It took 40 minutes to receive the order of egg rolls, 2 pho soups (1 with meatballs and the other with sliced meat) and noodles with vegetables and beef.

The pho with meatballs had 3 slices of meatballs. The 4 egg rolls came with one half full dipping fish sauce. And finally when my mother went to serve herself the noodles with vegetables and beef there was hair wrapped in the noodles.

Maybe they are really understaffed, but the quality wasn’t there especially for the price and hair in the food.
