My favorite place in the world to eat. I get the three Birria quesotacos with consome! It is consistently fresh and delicious. They are very nice, bathrooms are clean, and in a great location. I crave this weekly!! I recommend this to everyone. Sometimes their fountain machine is out but they sell bottled drinks ,as well as things like horchata. They also have some desserts.

The Birria tacos were incredible! I loved every bite! We also ordered a mixed plate and that meat was good, but not as good as the birria combo tacos. I also ordered them with cheese and that was so yummy!
They have a great salsa bar, the salsas are super yummy and spicy and I absolutely loved the pickled red onion! Good sized limes too!

Took 10 mins to get our order. Not bad. The drink machine was down. Ordered a carne asada burrito, looked and felt like a bean burrito. Very watery with all the beans in it and very little meat. Great flavor just cheaply made. For the price, it should have more meat than a few pieces.

BEST BIRRIA I have ever had. Ever. DELICIOUS. My kids loved the chicken quesadilla, the cheese pull was impressive the food came out soooo quick but it was fresh and so good. My new favorite spot!! (Worth the drive from SanTan Valley)

Authentic atmosphere. I’ve been coming here consistently with my partner since 2023. Recently they have either had major overhauls in quality, management or something else is up in subtle addition to the prices. refer to the photos for a Quesotaco combo i just bought and then compare them to the pictures of the very same food from months or years ago. i did not request any alterations. this to me is less food for more money. I wonder if we came on an off day with their newer team or what but dang this was disappointing to drive to the border of Gilbert for.

After class, I decided to check out Unos and was pleasantly surprised to find that the hype was well-deserved. Hello everyone! I’m back at it with another review for ya: If you’re debating on what to eat and live near Stapley and Baseline I highly suggest trying Unos Tacos y Birria. Tienen de todo! Welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. The salsa bar has cucumber and radish slices and many salsa options. The service was great! Very informative and friendly customer service. I would drive from South Phoenix just to eat here.

Friends invited me to meet them here on Monday and I had the papa asada with pastor meat and corn tortillas. I was beside myself all week, obsessing about how good it is. So I came back today and had it again, this time asada. I don’t know which way was better. Both fabulous! This place is a must for those wanting a fresh Mexican food experience with the most delicious flare. Fresh condiment bar. Order and sit down with a flag number while you get loaded up with all the traditional salsa bar stuff including grilled or fresh onions and grilled jalapeños. 6 salsas to choose from. What a home run!

We decided to try Unos Tacos Y Burria for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. They have a great menu making it hard to decide what to choose! The decision was made to try the asada tacos and the asada quesotacos. (Their guacamole is very good.) Both were delicious, although the quesotacos were crave-worthy! They have a great salsa bar as well, complete with pickled red onions, grilled onions & limes. I highly recommend and plan to make it a rotation in our weekly lunch spots.
