Mine could have been a one off but Got tummy ache and diarrhea after eating here overnight. Hope the others had a better experience.
Food was improperly cooked.
The spinach feta Bread had no feta and 1 leaf of spinach.
The hand made pan had uncooked stale looking Alfredo. See pictures

This store is ran by disrespectful workers that can’t take accountability. I placed a delivery order and the driver did not bring it to the correct address. Finally after about 15 minutes of calling him, he answers and tells me “I can facetime you and tell you where the food is” mind you its 30 degree weather the food is no good now. I went to the store after they hung up on me and they decided to play victim as if I was in the wrong for not accepting the order by the driver after it was outside for 15 minutes. When someone pays for a service it is expected to be done fully. Absolute disgrace to the Dominos franchise save yourself time and money, don’t order here.

I know it’s a little strange to be ordering pizza with gluten AND dairy allergies, but they offered a gluten free crust that doesn’t contain dairy, and they offered a no cheese option, so I thought it was worth a shot. The app even checked to make sure I really didn’t want cheese. I assured it I knew what I was doing. Apparently, the person who made my pizza didn’t double check the order. My pizza showed up room temp (the driver had no less than 4 empty pizza bags in the backseat), not cut all the way through the crust, and with a regular amount of cheese on it. I started cutting it before I realized the cheese was on it because I was starving.

I never write reviews but this is probably the most dysfunctional restaurant I’ve ever been to. Seems like every time I come in it’s a bunch of employees standing around with a huge line and no one helping the customers. On numerous occasions I’ll order from the app and it says my food is ready. I get there and it’s either way over the scheduled time or they forgot to make the order completely. This time they forgot to put my order in when I got there. About 25 minutes later they toss me my order with no apology. I open it up and it’s a broken sandwich that looks like it was made in the dark. I never have this issue at any other Dominos. Last time I come here for sure.

I want to give a shout out to the team at my local Dominos. I hadn’t had Dominos in many years (best I can tell maybe 10 years). Maybe I should reconsider where I get my pizza. The pizza I got was tasty, hot and much better than I remember. I know people like to complain (did tech support for many years), but I wanted to share a good experience. So, keep up the great work. I will be ordering again.

It’s not delivery if I have to go out to your car to get it. Guy calls and says he’s in the hotel lobby, which wasn’t true. He was chilling in his car. I had to yell to get his attention through the window.

And finally, i figuered out how to place my order, and when my order was done, manager was kind enough even be bothered to pass me my order. I had to wait for one of the delivery guys to show up
