My girlfriend and I visited this location for her first experience, as I have had positive visits at other locations in the past. While we were seated promptly, the overall experience was disappointing.

After receiving our drinks and appetizer, we waited over 45 minutes for our meals. Notably, the restaurant was not busy (approximately 8–10 guests), and several parties who arrived after us were served before we were. This made the extended delay particularly difficult to understand.

The “boneless chicken bites” I ordered looked and tasted nothing like the photos advertised online. The quality and presentation were underwhelming and did not meet expectations for the price point.

Service throughout the visit was also lacking. During the approximately hour and twenty minutes we spent in the restaurant, we received only one refill, which we had to request from another staff member. Communication and attentiveness from our server were minimal, and no apology or acknowledgment was offered regarding the extended wait time.

Additionally, when I asked a reasonable question about the appearance of the boneless wings compared to the online photos, the response I received was unclear and did not address the concern. Moments of customer interaction like this significantly influence the overall dining experience.

Despite the issues, I paid the full tab. However, the combination of the long wait, inconsistent service, and food quality made the visit frustrating and unsatisfactory.

To summarize:
• Excessive wait time
• Other guests served ahead of us despite arriving later
• Poor service and communication
• Food quality not consistent with advertising
• Minimal table attention
• No acknowledgment of the delays

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is clear room for improvement.

This was my first visit and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing due to service and food quality.

We waited about 45 minutes for a single order — a deep dish pizza and boneless wings. while the restaurant only had a few parties, and several larger tables seated after us were served first.

When the wings arrived, they looked nothing like the menu photo — more like small frozen nuggets, barely sauced and cold. When we asked about it, our server, Brooklynn, said “maybe they didn’t have them tonight” and did not apologize or offer to correct it.

During the 1 hour and 30 minutes we were there, she checked on us only about three times, and at one point we had to ask another server for drink refills. The delay and our frustration were never acknowledged, and we still paid full price for food that did not match what was advertised.

I understand employees can be new, but basic communication and professionalism go a long way. A simple apology or effort to make it right would have completely changed the experience.

I hope management provides additional training, because this was not an acceptable first impression.

Pizza seemed lacking, didn’t fill up the crust and was kind of bland. Appetizer pizza skins came out warm, not hot and again, kind of bland. Wings came out with a broiling hot plate but the wings weren’t hot, barely warm and they seemed like they had been microwaved (rubberry and not very saucy) . Expensive over all for what we got.
Asking for specialized stuff was weird- given excuses about stuff and how things aren’t prepared so it will take longer- so sounds like majority of stuff is pre-made then thrown together and just warmed up… it was odd. Waitress was really nice though and the restaurant is cute. Drink was good, but kind of small..
Disappointed overall and wouldn’t recommend if you want high quality fresh food.

Nice lunch experience here. My salad was delicious, our waiter was friendly and attentive. The location is in the beautiful George Washington Hotel. Clean restrooms. The only downside is parking is tricky.

I attended a birthday party on 12/4 and had Jaime as my server. All i’d like to say is she was absolutely amazing, you can tell she takes her job very seriously. Half of the customers that were a part of the table have a lot of dietary restrictions and she listened to every single one. Multiple people came to me saying that servers usually mess up what they want all the time, but Jaime got it SPOT on. 10/10 will come back and request Jaime!! Also would like to add that the food was amazing!

Really a miss. I’ve been to authentic UNO’s in Chicago and this is not it, not even close. We tried walking in on a Saturday night and were told it would be a 30-40 minute wait due to short staffed though the restaurant was sparsely populated. We decided to order to go as we were staying at the hotel. Pizza didn’t have any sauce and was dry, ordered red pepper and got green. Salad didn’t have any dressing. The staff were friendly but service wasn’t good.

We love UNO pizza, so despite the recent bad reviews, we took the chance. Just as it was 1.5 years ago when we ate here, we had a great experience. Our waiter, Casey, was just perfect. He brought our mango and raspberry iced teas complete with orange and lemon garnish. We shared a side salad, and he split it onto two plates for us. Our pizzas (four cheese and Chicago classic) took longer than expected so he gave us a small discount. Most importantly, the pizzas were as good as we remember, and we used to eat at UNO’s twice a month when we lived in NY. They are very recently under new management, so give them a try!

In an era where mediocrity is expected from wait servers, I was pleasantly surprised tonight. Blaize was phenomenal! He was kind and gracious every time he came to the table and I observed him serving many tables across the restaurant at the same time. He was very on top of everyone’s needs and personally our table did not wait long for anything. Thanks for the great service Blaize!

Pizza was cold when it arrived for us after an hour wait. Three other tables had the same issue. Unfriendly staff with no personality. Another couple left after not being waited on for 20 minutes. This was unfortunate as we really liked unos pizza before.
