Reviews
After receiving our drinks and appetizer, we waited over 45 minutes for our meals. Notably, the restaurant was not busy (approximately 8–10 guests), and several parties who arrived after us were served before we were. This made the extended delay particularly difficult to understand.
The “boneless chicken bites” I ordered looked and tasted nothing like the photos advertised online. The quality and presentation were underwhelming and did not meet expectations for the price point.
Service throughout the visit was also lacking. During the approximately hour and twenty minutes we spent in the restaurant, we received only one refill, which we had to request from another staff member. Communication and attentiveness from our server were minimal, and no apology or acknowledgment was offered regarding the extended wait time.
Additionally, when I asked a reasonable question about the appearance of the boneless wings compared to the online photos, the response I received was unclear and did not address the concern. Moments of customer interaction like this significantly influence the overall dining experience.
Despite the issues, I paid the full tab. However, the combination of the long wait, inconsistent service, and food quality made the visit frustrating and unsatisfactory.
To summarize:
• Excessive wait time
• Other guests served ahead of us despite arriving later
• Poor service and communication
• Food quality not consistent with advertising
• Minimal table attention
• No acknowledgment of the delays
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is clear room for improvement.
We waited about 45 minutes for a single order — a deep dish pizza and boneless wings. while the restaurant only had a few parties, and several larger tables seated after us were served first.
When the wings arrived, they looked nothing like the menu photo — more like small frozen nuggets, barely sauced and cold. When we asked about it, our server, Brooklynn, said “maybe they didn’t have them tonight” and did not apologize or offer to correct it.
During the 1 hour and 30 minutes we were there, she checked on us only about three times, and at one point we had to ask another server for drink refills. The delay and our frustration were never acknowledged, and we still paid full price for food that did not match what was advertised.
I understand employees can be new, but basic communication and professionalism go a long way. A simple apology or effort to make it right would have completely changed the experience.
I hope management provides additional training, because this was not an acceptable first impression.
Asking for specialized stuff was weird- given excuses about stuff and how things aren’t prepared so it will take longer- so sounds like majority of stuff is pre-made then thrown together and just warmed up… it was odd. Waitress was really nice though and the restaurant is cute. Drink was good, but kind of small..
Disappointed overall and wouldn’t recommend if you want high quality fresh food.
