Went for a day date. Great service from our server Chad. Phenomenal appetizer, had the spicy tots. You can tell they were made fresh. My wife had the chicken sandwich I had the bbq pulled pork burger. Everything was made fresh, correctly and came out hot. Fresh cut fries were cooked well, not too greasy and not over fried. We don’t drink alcohol but they now offer NA options. Didn’t disappoint. Decor is a little drab but spacious and comfortable. Will visit again.

Excellent variety of very delicious beers, cool atmosphere, super fun and friendly staff and a great food menu makes this brewery the perfect place to have a great day. Plenty of seating and an alley patio for whatever size group you have. Shout out to Chrissy who engages so well with all the patrons and loves singing along with the 80’s playlist. The Studebaker blond stout was my favorite with the coffee notes.

Cool spot.
They were very busy it was their Oktoberfest event.
They had a special menu and we ordered from that.
Our food was great. The gravy was soo good! Food came out fast for the amount of people they were accommodating.
Excited to go back at a normal time and try their regular menu.

Waitress was pleasant. Place is gorgeous. Pork Sliders & fresh fries were cold (pork) and barely warm (fries). Tracked down the waiting because she hadn’t returned to check in. Tell her the issue. “We don’t have a microwave” was her immediate response so…”, I’ll let them know but we don’t have a microwave.” I returned to the table to let my friend know it’s just too bad, so sad, your cold food is gonna stay that way. Waitress returned saying manager is aware and has taken care of some of the bill…….discounted $1.50……no lie . Whatever. Also to mention my buffalo chicken Mac & cheese was hot & tasty but pretty undesirable and lack luster presentation. Kinda figured a chicken breast sliced and laid on the top. Simple thought. Looked like a lunch special at buffet. Served with a soup spoon. It’s a chicken and Mac version of beans and weanies.

Absolutely incredible. We started with the perogies, flight and a pint. The perogies were hot and had a great flavor, it paired really well with the Cajun sauce it came with. My husband ordered the BBQ burger and I had the fresco fried chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The fried chicken sandwich was the best I’ve had. The beer was also good, lots of options and a great variety. So happy we came to eat here. Highly recommend.

I love supporting small, local businesses whenever I travel—I am a mobile DJ who travels the entire state of Ohio to DJ weddings—and I LOVE craft beer. I am a HUGE fan of craft beers; I have completed the Ohio on Tap passport, the Cleveland Brewery Passport, the Dayton Ale Trail, the Summit Brew Path, the Medina County Brewery Passport, the 419 Ale Trail, the Ohio University Bobcat Brew Trail, and the Columbus Ale Trail. I am also a tagabrew collector. I have enjoyed beers from every brewery in the state of Ohio—and Uniontown Brewing Co. in Ashland, OH is one of my absolute favorites. Their beers are extraordinary—far superior to most other breweries in the state—and I absolutely place Uniontown in elite status as one of the 10 or 20 best breweries Ohio. But what really sets Uniontown apart—the one thing it has that stands above ALL others—is who stands behind the bar. I have visited Uniontown on four different occasions in the past three years, and I have always been so incredibly grateful to find Kristen serving from the taps. Should I ever visit when she is not working, I may cry. She is the most personable, thoughtful, cheerful, and fun bartender I have ever met. Her smile is infectious! She makes every new flight of beer more memorable than the last. I don’t make it to Ashland often enough to make a real impression, but she always sends me on my way excited for my next visit. If you are a craft beer fan like me—or just someone who looks for the next great meal—definitely stop by Uniontown Brewing Company and have Kristen pour you an Otter Peanut Butter Porter. You’ll love the conversation, the humor, and the positive vibe she offers. You’ll be late walking out the door; it is hard to say goodbye to someone who makes you feel so appreciated and valued.

I really like this place. It’s quiet and relaxing. I haven’t gone here for dinner but I have gone here for lunch a few times and its very nice. Food it always good and the service has always been great. I have even brought the kids a couple if times and it was nice. Not too loud. Over all I really like it and I highly recommend checking this place out!!
