Over the winter holidays, it’s great to walk into a place that is spirited and warm. Remembering that there’s always been good service and great food options we went to Union and Vine, the hamburger was nicely prepared, actually some really tasty fries. The sustainably sourced seafood was a good choice and the fish tacos and chili marinade was very nice. Our server, was welcoming and the happy crowd made it congenial.

Update 2023: There’s a new executive chef and the menu has changed. They have a slightly large menu with some solid options. Staff are still great and there’s a respectable discount for locals!

Original Post: Chef Nathan is bring high quality food for a great value plus there’s a full bar with unique craft cocktails, local wines and beer on tap. As a local, this is a nice option for a great meal.

The hotel is nice, we stayed there for 3 nights. There is a beautiful outdoor seating and the food was very good.
The reason of the 2 starts is that that bar tender asked to hold onto our credit card during our time in the restaurant while he didn’t do the same with other guests/tables. Such a disrespect and a discriminating action.

We enjoyed the vibe so much here! For a hotel bar it’s casual and fun. The food was excellent and Danny made it such a fun night. We stay here every year and always hang out at this restaurant/bar

As a local, I’m always on the lookout for a nice spot to grab a glass of wine. You cannot beat the back patio area here. It is beautiful with a cozy fireplace and a lovely view. I recently came in with friends on a Friday for their half price bubbles and had a great time. Chef Nathan is a great addition too, his handmade pastas are amazing. Fingers crossed he adds his pizza to the menu eventually! I miss it!

Our experience at this restaurant was just okay overall. The rigatoni pasta had a good flavor and was enjoyable, but the chicken in the dish was a bit chewy and lacked the tenderness we were hoping for. On a more positive note, the wings stood out as a highlight—they were well-seasoned, crispy, and flavorful, easily the best part of the meal. The chicken quesadillas, however, were pretty average, with nothing particularly memorable about them. The salad was fresh and fine, but it didn’t stand out in any way. While everything we ordered was edible and generally acceptable, nothing truly impressed us or left a lasting impression. It felt like a meal that was sufficient for satisfying hunger but not one we’d eagerly return for. Overall, it’s an okay spot if you’re in a pinch, but we wouldn’t go out of our way to recommend it.

Medium sized bar with table seating inside the Springhill Suites hotel, but open for dinner only. Full bar with wine, beer, and mixed drinks. Small but varied menu for apps, entrees, and salads. The food is good, our bacon wrapped dates were flavorful, the bacon was a tad bit overcooked, but much better than what you’d get at a chain restaurant. The salad and jalapeno artichoke dip were both very good. The wine selection is decent, with about 20 different local wines. There are beers on tap and a full bar too The prices are reasonable for the area. A good place to watch the game on the numerous televisions.

The food was decent for a late night quicky. I wanted to try the crispy pork belly, but they were out by the time I went down to eat.

The fish and chips were pretty good. The homemade chips and dip would have been delicious, but the chips were a bit too salty.

Also, the sauce for the potato croquettes was not so tasty… I had to request ranch instead.

Menu isn’t clearly labeled with what is gluten free/celiac safe. However, Bri and Jasmine were both awesome and answered all of our questions so we were safely able to eat there!

Steak and potatoes were amazing and perfectly cooked and the brussel sprouts were absolutely phenomenal. This place is worth checking out, especially if you need something quick and don’t want to leave the hotel

Full hotel bar with a limited but good food menu. Currently open 5 PM – 9 PM, Tuesday – Saturday. It’s a nice & convenient option while stays at the hotel. You can drink & dine inside or on the patio.
It’s a nice place, but I wouldn’t come here to eat if not staying in the hotel.
