Our first visit and we were treated like family. And not just the staff, by other customers there. Delicious food and generous portions! We will definitely regular customers! The bill was higher than normal because we were celebrating today and splurged. Part of our lunch came home and fed us dinner too!

My son and I generally try out all the BBQ places when we go through a town . This is definitely one of the best ! Great atmosphere with friendly conversation and Great ribs . We will definitely be stopping back in the next time we’re over that way .

I ordered the loaded baked potato with pulled pork & a side of mac and cheese! The portion of the baked potato was absolutely huge & I had left overs/lunch for the next day!! The taste was so good and it was the softest baked potato that I’ve ever had!! The mac and cheese was absolutely delicious.. my only complaint was I didn’t order more!! I will definitely be back, the prices were reasonable and the service was phenomenal! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!

The good people of Waycross, GA have been blessed by having Uncle Wayne’s Steak & BBQ Shack in their City. I stopped by recently and ordered pulled pork, ribs, baked beans, potato salad, and cold slaw. This order was enjoyed by 4 adults and was seriously good eats. Uncle Wayne’s offers some of the best Division I competition level BBQ I have experienced (which is considerable) and would wish them to get on the BBQ competition circuit so they can start placing the ribbons and trophies on the wall they most certainly will win in these contests. OUTSTANDING!!

Meeting my family at a halfway point to sit down and enjoy a meal has just gotten better! ALL the food here was delicious and the staff make it even better! We got to sample the new smoked corn beef brisket before our meal was ready and it was so tender, juicy and flavorful! Our meals consisted of pulled pork sandwiches, baby back ribs, smoked brisket plates, fried shrimp and a hotdog for the youngest one. Everyone agreed this was really good bbq. The staff is very friendly and made us feel like we were having a meal in their home! You can taste the love and effort they put into the food. We will be back, next month probably!
