I had theee best ice coffee here Friday morning 2/13, I went inside about 7am and ordered a drink I saw online (iced triple blonde espresso with a splash of oat milk, Carmel drizzle, 2 pumps of sf vanilla and strawberry cold foam) usually not my kind of drink and I very rarely go out for coffee but this is what dreams of made of lol I went back 2 more times, Saturday and Monday at different locations and none as good as yours so thank you for the delightful treat! The price was right to!

I am writing this review in fairness to the Starbucks involved in my original review of this Starbucks on State Street in Saginaw, MI after the Thanksgiving weekend this year (2025); which was a really, really bad experience. But I think it only fair to them to give good reviews when things go well too! I had contacted Starbucks customer service to inform them of that bad experience; because if companies don’t know what’s going on, it can’t be fixed. They of course gave me extra stars & money on my Starbucks Gold Card; which I told them was much appreciated, but not necessary & not the reason I was calling with the complaint. (They did it anyway)! I was informed that the District Manager would be calling me; in which he did. This District Manager (don’t recall his name unfortunately)was very congenial & we had a really good discussion on what happened & how things were handled; and I did inform him that I have NEVER EVER had an experience like that at that Starbucks. He offered me more stars; which I declined because that was not the purpose or intentions for my communication with him. The conversation went well. I did tell him that I would be in that area for Christmas & would give it a try again; and that if it happened again I would not be patronizing that Starbucks again! We discontinued the conversation on a good note! So Christmas Holiday I traveled back to visit family once again! I patronized this Starbucks 2 times while there and good news; everything went well! Sometimes the stress of Holidays gets to ppl that are working these jobs; I used to be one in my younger days & I know ppl can be rude to customer service workers at times too! So with this being said; I will continue to patronize this Starbucks since it’s always close to my venues! On Christmas day; I did go there & they were closed; although Google said they were open! I really think that this location Starbucks needed Christmas off cuz’ they are always so crazy! But I did find a new location on Gratiot Road in Saginaw (Thomas Township) about 3 miles the other way; so I went there! Absolutely fabulous experience!! The barista was so cool with her little stenciled Christmas light bulbs around her eyes; I had to compliment her on those! My hubby thought they were really nice too! But, I did go back to the State Street location the day after Christmas for my travel back home; really good experience! So fair is fair! Giving them both a 5 star review on everything! As I say, Review the good & the bad!!! Stay safe & well!

The caramel praline hot latte was delicious! I was going to add espresso to my large, but the worker said it already has 2 shots. So glad I didn’t add more because that really gave me a pep in my step! My kiddos enjoyed the white hot cocoa and donuts. This store always smells amazing, I love the fresh coffee aroma. Nice ambiance too. Friendly workers.

Everytime I get a drink at this location compared to tittabawassee it is absolutely terrible. I get my normal drink and it tastes like watered down milk. If I’m buying $8.00 for a drink it needs to be right and it at least taste like coffee. What a waste of money

Consistently get bad coffee here. Unfortunately it’s not made as ordered, feels like it’s rushed just to be made in a hurry. Often causes me to throw it out, I’ll usually choose the one on Tittabawassee rd instead.

Line is always super busy and the workers always do their best to beat the rush and get everyone’s food out on time and looking it’s best! Every-time I come here it is always worth the wait. Sometimes you get lucky and there is not wait. Drinks are always made with care meaning .. no Carmel and whipped cream dripping down the side like other places. Lol. They really take their time but get everything out efficiently. I love Starbucks.

I order the same thing every morning $15 worth of things and a water. This is the third time my water has been undrinkable due to unsanitary conditions. The first time my cup had food floating in the water, the second time there was hair all over the lid and this time I’ve just lost my patience with more things floating in the cup. I order a water to ensure I get my morning H2O to keep myself hydrated. This is the third time I cannot drink it and I’m disappointed. Do better.
