Uncle tito’s is an interesting mixed bag which I would say is good. The street tacos are excellent which are well seasoned nicely acidic and savory. They’re also double corn shelled so that it doesn’t get over soggy which is smart. The spinach Enchiladas where fantastic they basically tasted like spinach and Artichoke Dip. The Mexican rice was great as well. The odd parts is the jims nachos which are very unappealing in there looks with just off white colored on everything but theyvtaste pretty decent. The cheese sauce on them is excellent very distinctive cheese flavor and also well seasoned the chicken is also got a good citrus flavor to it as well. The rice is an interesting texture on the nachos but that’s about all it adds. It’s basically as if you added tortilla chips to the chicken and rice casserole you grew up eating. The margarita is the oddest thing here it is classic lime, but its neon green. I believe this is coming from some kool-aid like add in because it does taste like green kool-aid. But that’s not a bad thing it does not have a strong citrus hit. It is much sweeter but I wouldn’t call it out of balance. Overall it is worth trying the prices are beyond reasonable and that is part of the reason I can’t be mad it. The servers here was also incredibly friendly. It also has plenty of parking since its part of more or less a strip mall. The aromatherapy is also really nice the place has the look of an outdoor patio.

We came to uncle Tito’s from out of town and we were blown away by how good the food was. It was honestly the best Mexican food I’ve had. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Sola was our waitress and she was such a sweetheart and very bubbly. She suggested the blueberry Margarita so we ordered the pitcher and it was very refreshing. You’ll get so much food your money plus excellent service. Thank you so much for a great experience!

I have eaten at many Mexican restaurants in my lifetime, and Uncle Tito’s is definitely a favorite!!! Oscar and the servers met all of our large party’s needs. Highly recommend the spinach cheese dip. The meals I’ve had both times were super fresh and full of flavor. There are plenty of mixed drinks to choose from, and they even have specialty tequila they get from Mexico that is super smooth.

Pretty average food quality. There is an expansive menu with a lot of choices but in the end it seems like the same ingredients and preparation style as all of the run-of-the-mill Mexican restaurants in the area.
Like most mediocre places, there was a steady stream of patrons on a Friday evening. Most tables ordering alcohol, which is what most Mexican restaurants are known for.

Eating in is nice. Restaurant is lively but not loud. The service is hit or miss with promptness, but everyone is always friendly.
If you want your food to be correct, order online, but be prepared for the third party surcharge for ordering online. Every time we have ordered online at least part of our order is incorrect. But it’s delicious so whoevers food came out wrong just eats their order while pouting.
