I ate a veggie bowl. My guacamole had a funny taste to it, but the rest was good so I ate it. Afterwards I felt nauseous and I immediately threw it back up. The guacamole was obviously spoiled. I barely made it to my bathroom before I barfed in my tub

I pick up dinner for the family with my son atleast once a week from this store. The staff is always friendly and welcoming especially with my son while he tells them his order. The food is always cooked well and if they are out of something they are quick to get some more cooked up. I travel for work and eat at chipotles across the southeast. This is by far one of the best I have eaten at.

It was shift change so that could have been the reason for this review not being better.
Most everything was very low and looked like it had been sitting awhile.
The steak was a dry, the little bit of queso that was scraped out of the bottom of the pan was very unappetizing as it was poured on my bowl. I was so unimpressed with the vegetables I just added lettuce.
This was first visit to any Chipotle and I was not impressed at all.
We added a bag of chips, a small container of dip and two teas. Coming in at over $40 I don’t think we will be visiting a Chipotle again.
FYI Management:Maybe ask your employees to clean the massive garbage out of their car a home instead of in front of the restaurant. A bit off putting.

First time to eat at a Chipotle restaurant and found the food and service to be excellent. The Trussville location was very clean but I was a bit surprised to find less of a Mexican style atmosphere and more of a modern/ultra-modern atmosphere. Very nice and clean but not the typical “Mexican” feel I was expecting. I had the honey chicken special and was excellent.

I’m really disappointed because this has become a consistent issue, not a one-time mistake. Every time I order, especially online, my chicken is severely burnt, yet it’s still served as if that’s acceptable. Burnt chicken affects both the taste and quality of the meal, and it shouldn’t be sent out to customers at all.
On top of that, the food often doesn’t taste fresh, and when I come in to pick up my order, the food line area is messy and disorganized, which makes me question overall cleanliness and quality control.
Chipotle used to be known for fresh, well prepared food, but this location has been missing the mark repeatedly. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves food quality, freshness, and presentation. because customers shouldn’t have to keep receiving burnt food.

Rice was so hard I couldn’t event eat it, chicken wasn’t fresh and there were no fajita veggies. Need more staff to tidy up the kitchen and lobby because the store wasn’t clean. Won’t be back at this location a whole bowl wasted, money wasted on trash

This place never has anything. I normally go in just to look at the quality before I order. The last visit it looked promising but I was going to try the new chimichurri and they NEVER have it. Or the vinaigrette. The meats are always dry and cold as well. I asked for some of the condiments on the side instead of in the actual bowl and they charged me for every item I wanted on the side which doesn’t make sense bc they put them in the bowl for FREE. So why should I pay just bc I don’t want to put them in the bowl to make the cold meat even colder? I think the lady was just annoyed that I asked for them on the side. They could do better. A LOT better. Even witnessed an employee cursing under his breathe bc the guy in front of me asked for something extra. Not the best experience. Not the best food here. Which is disappointing.
