1st choice should definitely be Xian LiangPi, very authentic. The Chewy Wheat Noodle is ok, kind similar to LiangPi but not as good. Need taste other dishes next time.

Absolutely incredible hole in the wall spot. The sautéed mixed vegetables was actually my favorite dish here. There was a good assortment of all my favorite veggies, and the sauce that it was cooked with was so savory and delicious. The pepper beef was cooked well and packed with incredible flavors from the bell peppers. As for the chili oil noodles, I’m very picky about them because some places can easily make them too greasy, sweet, sour, or salty… but the sauce was perfectly balanced in all aspects. The noodles had a wonderful bite to them, but I think it was more like one long noodle so be prepared to slurp and bite… I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes as I think I’ve found a new favorite!

We went to this place twice in a week. We were served with authentic northern chinese dishes. Most famous dishes are Xian Cold Noodles, Chinese Burger, Lamb with Bread Soup and Oil Splashed Noodles! Their price can be found in the Xian Famous sections of the menu.

The staffs are very nice, told us lots of details about their dishes and what’s the best way to eat them. We were eating there during weekday. Hopefully you will get good recommendations during weekend or busy dinner hours.

This does not look like much from the street – but the food is incredible! There are many options, but we focused on the hand-pulled noodles and they did not disappoint. We split oil splashed noodles and the big platter chicken – but also tried some hot and sour soup and some dumplings. It was all very flavorful and had a good spice level. The portions are large. Prices are very reasonable.

We took an extra order of the oil splashed noodles home and fried them up with some eggs the next morning. This is a dish that reheats well. So good!

I’m not Chinese, but I felt this was highly authentic food. Service was great. We will be back.

Saw the oil splashed noodles on social media and had to check it out!

Unless Lee’s brought it! Ready with photos, recommendations, and 5-star service. They even cut us off when ordering because they know their portions and warned us, “You have a lot of food coming.” We’ll be back to try more!

Sour soup dumplings: absolute must Extremely flavorful and plenty of them.

Chinese burger: pulled pork belly – Can go either way on this. Thought it was unique and great for the less adventurous among you. I put the dumpling sauce on mine and

Oil splashed noodles: you gotta. We added chicken and pretty sure they tried to clear my sinuses but worth it. There’s also a party trick to cutting the noodles, but you’ll have to visit Lee’s to find out.

Good flavors and big selection.

Our waiter recommended the big chicken and noodle dish but I think you can skip that. It was a huge bowl with noodles and chicken with bones. Sauce was similar to curry.

The standard noodle dishes we had were better. The spice level was pretty good.

I did notice the noodles felt inconsistent. Some were a tad undercooked and others would have tasted better warm and not cold.

The best dish which was surprising was the orange chicken. This is not your typical fast food orange chicken you have had. The orange peel really adds to the flavor and you can smell the orange citrus.

Seemed like a nice family run Chinese restaurant.

Ordered oiled splashed noodles, fried dumplings (lamb), & Chef special cumin lamb. It took awhile but considering everything was fresh & yummy it was worth the wait!! We did to go, not enough seating. Customers service was great (glad another guy stepped in and explained the menu better than the first guy) Hand off was great lady told me so tips to make my dish better. Best noodles in town!

The lamb soup is quite good. The broth is mellow, and the lamb is very tender. However, the Chinese burger didn’t appeal to me. It was too dry and salty. The restaurant could also benefit from a bit more cleanliness.

Back in the days when I was a younger high school kid, I remember the food here was strictly Chinese-American style food and it was pretty mid. Most of the time, it was a Hispanic guy making the food back in those days. I was nearby in area recently visiting friends/family and remember seeing on IG, that this place actually revised their menu by adding authentic Northwestern style Chinese dishes. After my recent NYC trip, I’ve been craving some hand pulled, oil splashed noodles. I did take-out and I requested to add meat (choose between pork, beef, or shrimp) on the oil splashed noodles. The lamb is a separate entree it appears, maybe next time, the portion sizes here are larger than the NYC places. This place is definitely legit now and worth a stop!!! I’m on a non-restrictive carnivore diet because I can’t help making the occasional stops to carb city baby.
