I just got back from the Columbus Jazz and Rib Fest I could not wait to get my ribs from this place. Last year the owner did most of the cooking this year there were a lot of younger people cooking. The meat options were not clear I got 2 rib bones the meat was not tender and too pink like half done mac and cheese and very dry cornbread for $19. I asked for meat only the lady came back with a small paper container the meat looked like riblets I asked for a container with a lid she refused and said that their containers have to last them for the next two weeks. Last year the meat was cooked right and was very tender this year was a huge disappointment. Mediocre service and poor quality cooked meat.

9/12/24-The young guy taking orders was struggling and it seemed like he didn’t have good familiarity with what he was doing. The sandwich meal was marked $16. Ordered 2 and he stated the total was $46. That certainly does not compute. Disappointed with a vendor I have visited for more than 15 years. Meat portions are also smaller. The ribfests are going to do themselves in with price gouging.

Just had them at the RibFest in Pittsburgh PA. Everything was AMAZING. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great and the service was great. Whenever you have a chance go check them out.

Went to the Michigan Ribfest…stood in line for 25-35 mins only to have what tasted like boiled, oven baked ribs. Oh did I mentioned that it cost $35.
