I agree with others on this being the best pizza joint in town. My favorite place to grab a couple slices or a whole pizza pie. The crust, sauce, toppings, everything is delicious here. Highly recommend!

I think this is the best pizza in Anchorage. As good as any other and they deliver. I’ve never had a dude. The taco is my favorite pizza with the bacon cheeseburger also being a fave.

Good pizza with plenty of vegetarian options and varieties. Don’t order garlic sauce as a side. The pizza sauce, pesto sauce, and honey mustard sauce were good.

Just a tad expensive.

Always a solid pizza choice, can’t go wrong. Online ordering is one of the best I have found. Enjoy their calzones as well. I’d skip the wings, generally are undercooked and rubbery. Not a fan of their wing sauce either.

Solid pizza and not too ridiculously priced. This is the only pizza I’ve ever had in Alaska and it didn’t disappoint. Everything tasted super fresh and service was friendly when I went to pick up. I’d also never had reindeer sausage before I came here, so I added it to my pizza because why not. It was delicious!

I’m from the Northeast where the basic pizza is typically considered “gold standard”. And i have to stay, this place wasn’t bad at all. I mean, can you find better pizza in NY and NJ? Sure of course, but this is really not bad at all especially at the opposite end of the US. Their service is reasonably fast too. Pizzas are freshly made because they have a good turnover. Their basic salad was decent too. The gyro was just so-so, but i don’t hold it against them, after all, this is a pizzeria, not a Mediterranean restaurant.

Pizza was meh, crust too chewy/tough. I was hoping to get something a little more artisan than Domino’s, but paid twice as much for nothing special. I might grab one of their slices when I’m on-the-go and having a hankering, but likely won’t buy a whole pizza again.

Great pizza when they make it correctly. Last 2 orders have been close but not correct. Ordered another zah, missing 2 of the toppings listed. Really sucks because Joe’s is easily my favorite spot in town for delivered pizza, it it’s hit or miss If it will be done right.

UPDATE: ordered again recently and the joes that I know and love is back baybee!!! All the toppings, gorgeous pizza.

Folks, all I wanted was a Hawaiian Pizza. But somehow, I got a “Hawaiian Pizza” with less pineapple than you can buy at the Anchorage farmer’s market in February… Perhaps it can be blamed on “supply chain” issues, but I suspect it’s merely a lack of finesse, as the presence of Canadian Bacon was also severely lacking. Please see attached pictures. Should have ordered the 3 topping pizza from Dominos for $7.99?

Long story short: I ordered a Canadian Bacon Pizza, and got a cheese pizza with hints of Canada.

P.S. This review is for Jewel Lake Uncles Joes. I’ve also ordered from Huffman and am always pleased… That said, I haven’t actually ordered a Hawaiian Pizza from them. I usually go for the Chicken/Bacon
