Good to try once, but I don’t recommend another visit.

Food we ordered –
• Caesar salad – could’ve used a little more sauce, their greens taste bitter, the croutons’s texture seems old na
• Eddy’s special pizza – ok lang. But make sure to order the ₱35 chili honey to full enjoy
• Both pasta dishes (Saltimbocca & Gamberi) – was told ito ang bestsellers nila. These are Italian style, so expect to be bland for Filipino taste.
• Burnt cheesecake – not smooth. Tastes like egg pie

The only good thing is the ambiance (very beautiful and spacious) and lots of parking space.

Service is very subpar. We dined at 7-8pm, so baka pagod na yung waitress, but still. No initiatives with water and before pa matapos yung iaask mo nakatalikod na siya.

Price is waaaay expensive for its price (siguro dahil binawi sa ambiance) and konti servings. ₱500/pasta, ₱450/salad.

Overall – just ok.

We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious and the service was smooth. Special mention to Kaye, their OJT, who assisted us — she was very respectful, attentive, and eager to help. You can really see her dedication. Highly recommended!

So, I was looking for a restaurant the other day, decided to just search for Mac and Cheese. Came across this place. Not on main road, but tucked into an area off the main road. I had to run up north from them, and figured , why not stop on way back. No I didn’t have Mac and cheese. Ended up getting the calamari as appetizer, Lightly breaded, with a honey mustard dipping sauce, I asked for tabasco hot sauce, which they didn’t have, but gave me a local one. Loved the hot sauce. Then main dish was the blacked fish. With I believe was a mango chutney. Over a bed of rice and mixed vegetables. Saw they had Dr Pepper, which is really rare in restaurants in the Philippines, as I was talking to the friendly Staff, found out owner of restaurant was an American. Actually sat and talked to staff and owner for a while. Would I come back, definitely.. going to have to try some of the other dishes. And loved the theme to the restroom doors, I got a big giggle out of them.

I really appreciate our experience dinning in Uncle Eddy’s.

We reserved our table for two, a day before to have a simple dinner date celebration with my wife as newlyweds. Had to pay 100 pesos per person to book our table which is consumable (to be deducted to final bill).

In terms of Service:
Our table was reserved in a coach (as we requested) and it was styled elegantly probably because we booked early and we indicated that we are celebrating as newlyweds. We were greeted nicely as we sat, we were given water right away with complimentary Taro Chips & Dip. Our servers were very assistive, and we had no problems in calling for their assistance (probably because there were not much customers at the time). We only waited around 10-15 mins to get what we ordered.

What I really want to highlight is that, we REALLY APPRECIATED that the owners of the restaurant personally greeted and congratulated us on our wedding. We appreciated the gesture of taking the time to greet us, which tells a lot about how they value their customers and business.

Overall service was great. We even forgot to bring the takeout we asked and the server brought it out to us in the parking area.

For our dinner here’s what we ordered:
1. Cobb Salad – for us was okay, nothing much to expect as it was just salad
2. Miele Piccante – Was so good, highly recommended if you prefer a unique taste on a pepperoni pizza as it has Parmesan, and Chili Honey adding sweet & spiciness to the pizza which we enjoyed
3. Blackened Ahi – we preferred to order the Confit Salmon but was unavailable at the time. Tuna dish was good, I personally liked the mango salsa with it
4. Fillet Mignon – Honestly, it was really good. We asked for medium rare and they did give us medium rare. We had very little expectation about the dish since we enjoy eating steaks in steakhouses. But this one did not disappoint, the meat was tender to our liking, the mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy that goes well with the steak. It did need a bit more salt and pepper but there were shakers for it. Price was reasonable as we are willing to pay for a good steak.
5. German Chocolate Cake – Good. It is what you would expect a chocolate cake should taste, it’s moist and on the right sweetness. It pairs well with the coffee we ordered
6. Campfire Latte & Biscoff Seasalt Latte (House Special Coffee) – We were hesitant to order at first because the house special coffee were more expensive than the other coffee in the menu. But it was really good, we really liked the biscoff seasalt latte as the seasalt and biscoff did not overpower the coffee. Campfire Latte was also good as it does not taste overly milky as other Lattes we tasted from other coffee shops. Again these are bit more expensive than usual price but personally we enjoyed it

Overall, personally, it was an amazing experience, and we found a restaurant that serves quality food and services, with cozy and relaxing ambiance. We found a place where we can enjoy a steak once we crave for it. We’ll surely be back

Good food, staff are friendly. We went a bit late and almost closing time but they still let us in! So I am being fair and will give them a good honest review.

Food is good, I came from another province – the culinary capital of the Philippines. I have to say they have interesting dishes and they also have common ones, usually the menu is Filipino but they do have steaks and salads. Serving is alright, I am happy with my order and will come back again.

We went for a dinner and it was just average. The food was just ok. The Service was good. We got our food after 15-20 mins. There was a live singer and it makes the place a bit fancy. Overall not a great restaurant if you want very good food. But if you want a place with a bit fanciness then its a good place.
