Ordered a steak quesadilla. This wasn’t my first rodeo, chipotle’s steak quesadilla is amazing, especially the carne asada. It’s the only reason to pay more than you would in a sit down restaurant. But this quesadilla was not normal. They barely put any steak on it and it was smaller than normal. I counted 5 pieces. Half of the quesadilla was made of just folded tortilla (I guess to make it a rectangle shape) and cheese. The steak was also dry. I could have went to Taco Bell and gotten the same thing, but better, and for only 1/3rd the price!
That said, the sides were excellent as usual and the chips were great. The girl in the drive through was nice as well. The quesadilla was very disappointing and will make me think twice before coming back. I reached out to chipotle on the app and it was no help. They just said they would forward it to the management team.

this is absolutely the worst chipotle every! from a former chipotle service manager this store was the worst i’ve ever been in. they had no food on the line. out of brown rice, fajitas, no carne asada, and the steak was so dry. they had no dressing neither. I dont understand how you’re out of so much things at 5pm knowing you’re open for 6 more hours. they made no effort to try and satisfy us. dressing takes less then 3 mins to make honestly but they just did not care. I would have not mind not having dressing if the food at least looked better. but everything was dried out. I literally had to travel 10 mins to another chipotle to get fresh meat and dressing and that chipotle was so clean and everything looked amazing food wise. customer service was a lot better. I will not be going back to this chipotle ever again. yall should hire people that actually care and want to serve people.

100% agree with the previous reviewers. The staff here are relatively friendly but whoever is in charge of making sure items are stocked, forecasting, etc. needs to be fired immediately. This is the worst Chipotle in terms of consistency I’ve ever been to in my life. We used to eat here all the time, went to give it a try, and left before ordering because they were out of the Chicken Al Pastor (you know, the one Chipotle is promoting) and guac and it’s not even 8pm? The manager needs to be promoted to customer.

Lately every time that I have ordered pick up through their car lane they’re always missing something of my order and then you’re sitting on your car waiting for someone to notice you because they tend to walk away from the pickup wind area once they give you your order

This location has slowly gone down hill over the past year. We’ve frequented this location for a long time and it used to be well staffed and well managed, this is no longer the case. Its now consistently behind, rude slow employees, and sub par food. I waited 30 minutes in line to pick up my online order last night, when I left there were 12 cars in line in the drive thru. The girl working the pick up lane could have cared less. Who ever manages this location needs to hit the reset button, not good.

Last visit was a mess in the workplace like hurricane passed. Learn how to “clean as you go” thats the saying in the kitchen. Except being a total mess all over the guy who was adding the food was scared to put the meat in the dish. Chipotle

I am not the one to normally complain I just don’t return my business . I can tell you I have read tons of these reviews before I decided to write . Very consistent on the timing of your issues . Who ever running this location obviously puts the talent all in the day shift . 7:15 pm still in prime time dinner 1 person working the line(crazy). Not only wait time bad but when you get up there your out of chicken , low on steak which is dry at bottom , no beans and the line is dirty. I do not blame the staff they are doing the best they can . This is a scheduling issue . Pretty sure the kid working tonight quitting soon. This location the past year is gone downhill . Oops I forgot please STOP Burning the CHIPS yuck .

At least the food was good, but I am really pissed off at how I was treated at the store today. They forgot to put a burrito in the bag and instead of saying I’m sorry they said we don’t have that burrito anymore. You didn’t come back to the store so we just threw it away…what? I’m not gonna eat a burrito from an hour and a half ago so you should be making me a new one, and there was no apology. When you forget to put food in a customers bag you say you’re sorry. It’s Just bad customer service all around and a bunch of kids with no manners running the joint. Other employees playing disappearing acts. Just chaos

When I got my order the bag of chips had like 8 chips in it. I payed extra to get a side of chips and it looks like someone got hungry and ate them already. For the prices they charge this is ridiculous.
Update: Went back there again and ordered on the app. When I show up to pick up my order there is a sign that says they are out of most toppings and don’t offer a refund just hand me my food without any of the toppings I ordered. They also had no salsa so they gave me no salsa or chips and charged me for them. I will never return to this chipotle.

This really gotta be the worst chipotle ever. I mean chipotles all across America are tanking bad. But this one is spearheading the charge. Here you’ll wait a long time for no one to help you to pay for food that looks dirty and gross. The rice and meat is crunchy and suspicious as mess. And the folks pretty rude. Good look out there folks. Go to Moes or firehouse. They handed my wife a “quesadilla” once and it was just a tortilla wrapped in foil. No cheese. The chick at the window look at me and say “oh I didn’t make that” and I looked at her and said that’s the problem – nobody did.
