The Birria Eggrolls were hands down the worst I’ve ever tasted or saw. There were burned and looked exactly how they looked. Burned to perfection. Very dry. I tasted one of four and threw the other remaining portion in the trash were it belonged.
The next item we purchased were the mini chicken tacos. They tasted great. At first glance I wasn’t sure if the meat was chicken but they were season well and still warm when we received them. I don’t think you can go wrong with purchasing these.
The third item we purchased was the Birria Pizza. It looked fantastic. Crispy crust and the right amount of cheese. However the meat was so tough it became a fight between wasting my money or eating my food. I eventually had to dispose of the pizza. It was really just to tough to continue to eat. We ordered this food during the Super-bowl and it was a total waste of a meal.

I had the taco salad, which was super fresh and flavorful, and also tried one of their burgers—juicy, perfectly cooked, and seriously satisfying. But the real MVP? A bucket of $2 Bud Light and Coors Light drinks! Yes, $2. Total steal.
The vibe here is unmatched. They’ve got DJ karaoke every Thursday (so fun!), and the whole place just has great energy. Whether you want to belt out a song, chill with friends, or just enjoy some good eats and drinks, this is the spot.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Uncle Bud’s. If you’re on the hunt for top-notch bar food, this is the place to be. We kicked things off with the sampler platter. We dove into the cheese curds, onion petals, boneless wings, and the standout Birria rolls, all served with both marinara and Bud’s sauce. Even with three of us, those delicious Birria rolls warranted a to-go box. While we initially had a slight concern about the color of the boneless wings, one bite dispelled any doubts; they were delicious. The cheese curds and onion petals were cooked to perfection.
Next up was the Birria pizza. The mozzarella was perfectly distributed on the thin crust, and every single slice had a generous amount of meat. The dipping sauce took the flavor to the next level. Of course, two pizza slices found their way into our to-go box. To wash it all down, I enjoyed a chocolate and cherry old fashioned. My only wish? A Luxardo cherry, but honestly, one drink was all I needed.

Just had wings here and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. The buffalo wings tasted like they had been sitting in old fryer oil, and the meat was very gristly and unpleasant. The blue cheese was extremely watery and had a strange taste. If you care about quality food, I would recommend staying far away.

I saw food from this bar on social media and decided to check it after driving past this place forever. During my first visit I had the Quesabirria Pizza, Chicken Wings, and the tater tots -every thing was delicious. That was an afternoon order. I returned to days later after 9 pm, there was karaoke, a fun vibe but, I was told the kitchen was closed. I was perplexed due to the hours posted online stated the restaurant didn’t close until after midnight. The waitress double-checked and the kitchen was still taking orders. I ordered the same as before and it wasn’t as delicious.

Foods not great here. The place seems ok. Kind of like its predecessor before it. It’s not the greatest place but it’s good for those who want to hangout and karaoke I’d imagine. The bartender was really nice though the couple times I came in.

Omg this is amazing I got the double with cheese and some onion pedals and they put me in the itis, if you know you know and Sarah hooked me up with a banging Margarita that was on point I can’t give this place enough praise definitely worth the visit.
