There food is so good. We were waiting in line for it. Uncle Boo’s Catfish Corner is a mobile food truck that came to our 55+ community. Several of my neighbors told me that the food is delicious. I decided to give it a try. I ordered catfish, hush puppies and fried okra. My neighbors are correct. The food is delicious. Give Uncle Boo’s a try. You will love it.

I normally don’t have much to say about food trucks. But, if you see this one set up somewhere, pull in for thr fresh and hot fish! It’s seasoned and dusted very well with corn meal along with the hush puppies. I didn’t care for the shrimps that seemed to have been bought at Sam’s.

This was a food truck at Kirby’s ice house. The line was long and they were the only truck. People were very nice. I have a pond with a bunch of blue and channel cats. The quality of the catfish was probably the best I have ever had. But for $16 you got 4 pieces which were only a 1/3 rd of a filet. Pretty steep, Wings were very good. People were overwhelmed but I would eat it again, batter it More and make it crispier .

Ate at the food truck at Kirby Ice House in the Woodlands. The catfish was real fishy tasting. The burger was basically a cafeteria burger. Shrimp tasted frozen. The okra was good and the tartar sauce was decent, but runny. Wouldn’t eat here again.
