First time trying this restaurant that my family raves about. I ordered for pickup. Very Disappointed upon arrival home I realized they put my small pizza in a styrofoam container. Completely soggy & rubbery. The other pizza in the cardboard was great, said my husband. Styrofoam ruins pizza. What a bummer. It looked like it would’ve been good.

The usual pizza establishment was closed so we diverted to Uncle Bill’s. At least the food and service was consistent. The service and atmosphere were ok, but nothing stellar.

We went for the first time on my birthday, March 4 and we were SO pleased! The pizza and butter balls were just perfect, the staff was helpful and friendly and the store was spotless! We will definitely be back!

Gotta bump them down for poor service!! It’s a guessing game of they’ll actually answer the phone or not on any given night. Then you can barely hear them! Definitely need to up your customer service my guys. And if you’re closed then don’t leave the open sign on! Best food in town but you have to call them 12 times over an hour to hopefully order. They encourage leaving their phones off the hook when busy instead of just properly managing the phones.

I went to the one that was just opened up in Sylvester Georgia and I ordered a lot of food. My uncle bills sub didn’t even have the Italian dressing on it which is fine I’ll put some on myself. How ever, I ordered a 20 piece mild wings and noticed they didn’t have any sauce on them so I tried it, no mild taste to it at all. I called the place and told them and they said oh well we don’t sauce our wings I don’t have any sauce to give you and our mild wings come seasoned and I said okay well can I get a order of buffalo wings then and pay the difference and she said no I can give you some sauce and I told her but you just said you didn’t have any sauce you could give me and she said well I can give you wing sauce.. she made no sense and didn’t bother to help me fix my order so I was happy. Not to mention they are very expensive… I will not be going back nor recommending them to anyone.
