Incredible experience. Food was fantastic. Service was good. Craft beer selection was great, 20 to choose from if I recall. Most are local. Chef Chris made the rounds a few times to talk with patrons. Signs of a great business owner. We will be back! We got the “Food Truck Trio” as an appetizer. Wife had the salmon and I had the halibut.

When we ordered our dinner one of us ordered a beverage from the bar. The beverage never came until after we were done eating & we were waiting for our bill. When the bill arrived it was incorrect with another tables bar bill on our check. The food was fantastic, but the slow bar service & over charge was disappointing.

This was our first time at this location and it was DELICIOUS. I had the lobster ravioli and my husband had a specialty burger and homemade chips. Everything was absolutely delicious and the staff was really helpful with suggestions and shared their favorites which I always love. The coolest part was meeting and interacting with the chef/owner. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere; we will be back!

We went there one time and will never be back. Other people seem to enjoy it for the most part but my experience wasn’t even close to being sub par. We saw our waitress twice while we were there. Once to take our order and another time to give us the check. We had to flag down other staff to get our drinks refilled, we order oysters for an appetizer that were forgotten about and given to us halfway through the meal, and my 45 dollar steak that was supposed to be rare came out well done….. Not a pleasant experience at all which is unfortunate because it looks amazing….

I was super excited to try this place for my birthday. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. However everything was downhill from there. The food came out at a slowish but reasonable pace but our drinks didnt arrive until after we finished our entrees. No one asked if our food was okay or offered refills or was attentive at all. I think we saw our waitress maybe once after being seated. The food was quite good so two stars for that but the front end is a *mess* and at $120+ for the both of us I’d expect better. I am unsure if we’ll return.

Skaliwags by Chef Chris is a great dining experience. Having enjoyed the menu many times we chose this venue for a party for 60 guests. Everything about our evening was perfect from a warm welcome on our arrival to beautiful table settings, passed appetizers, a choice of entree and finished off with a dessert bar. The staff served every entree hot and without a flaw. They made our evening very special and we would highly recommend them for not only the excellent food food and service but also the hospitality of the staff.

Shrimp appetizer was amazing. I had the chefs special and couldn’t have asked for anything better. My wife really liked the pesto parm salmon, she did say it was a little salty (which is the way she likes everything) but I tried it too and will it was salty, it wasn’t TOO salty. The only downside was the noise level because of the high ceilings, but not worth taking a star away for. Definitely not something we could afford to do every weekend, but for sure worth it for our anniversary.

First time here, heard many good things about Chef Chris and staff.
Did not disappoint! Ordered from the hard menu, the Filet was excellent, my wife had the Salmon which was also excellent. Drinks and dessert were very good. $$$$, but worth it!

So disappointed… we were hoping for a fine dining spot in Suamico that we would enjoy. Our server was nice and the wine and appetizer were good. (I wish the wine bottle would’ve been placed in a chiller.) However, we received our entrees closer to cold than even lukewarm. We had the filet mignon and a fish special, which may have been good 15 minutes prior, but we’ll never know. When spending $150+ on a meal for 2, our expectation is higher than what was delivered.

I have been waiting to go here for a long time! The drinks are awesome!!!. I had an old fashion. It was great!! They muddle them!! My husband had the raviol. My son had the hamburger. Both of there’s were good! I had poke. I get this all the time in Hawaii. So I compare, poke here to the one in Hawaii. The poke was good, but not Hawaii good. I had fish, and potatoes. My was a little cold. The potatoes could use a little more flavor. The atmosphere was very nice!! The drinks could of came a little faster!! But all together we will come back. I would make sure you have a special occasion when you go! A little pricey.
