Oh my gosh, the Ramen here is so good!! And I had the island in the sun cocktail, which was also amazing and refreshing, I usually get the spicy chicken but this time I got the yellow curry veggie and it was a 10 out of 10!!! We also got the fried chicken appetizer, which was pretty good, but we needed a little bit more sauce and of course the server brought us two different kinds and was on top of everything. Highly recommend this place.!

Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.

Uncle is known for its ramen, but their Highlands location has so much more to offer—especially during their Summer Happy Hour (Monday through Saturday, 5–7 PM). I recently stopped by and was seriously impressed with the variety and quality of the small plates.

Everything was flavorful and well-executed. Highlights included the Chinese Eggplant Bao (crispy and packed with flavor), the Chilled Tofu (so refreshing), and the Romanesco, which was a surprise favorite thanks to a great team recommendation. The hanger steak lettuce wraps and garlic shrimp were also delicious.

Service was kind and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is laid-back but modern. If you haven’t been in a while—or have only gone for the ramen—this happy hour is the perfect excuse to return.

Not a bad spot for some ramen! Friendly service, good drinks, and delicious spicy cucumbers. The spicy chicken was pretty good. I loved the broth and noodles. The chicken was a little tough but I think I expected that when it comes to chicken in ramen. Aside from that, everything was wonderful.

Now for my standard comments. Location is well kept and clean. Decent indoor seating though can get a little crowded. Still very comfortable.

God this meal blew me away. Came in on a chilly night looking for some ramen and I cannot stress enough that everything was an absolute HIT. The standouts were the spicy cucumbers, soft shell crab buns, and the crudo! So perfectly executed. Funnily enough, while the ramen was delicious, it was out-shined by the smaller plates. Amazing experience all around!

Wow, outstanding all the way around. Ramen, sushi and buns were just exceptional. Wonderful service as well. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it!

The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was perfect for a ramen spot. I had the chile pork ramen and it was delicious, spicy cucumbers were excellent, my wife had the spice chicken ramen and it was also perfect. This place has some of the better ramen in Denver, definitely recommend.

This place used to be good. Our used to be go to ramen in Denver. We would bring visitors here all the time but over the years, the quality of their ramen seems to have gradually deteriorated. The broth doesn’t have that depth of flavor anymore and they don’t cook the noodles to order. It’s all bundled up like it’s been sitting cold for hours. I hope they go back to how they’ve done it when they were still new.

They have the best ramen, but I was not happy about the service we received. We went right when they opened and put our name on the waitlist. We were told it was an hour wait, which is fine, and they would text us when our table was ready. Well we decided to go get a drink and then we were waiting in our car right outside and we saw a couple with a baby- that we saw come in after us- get seated. We went in to ask how long it would be and told it was 10 more min. We decided to order takeout since our baby was getting fussy. I just don’t understand having a text system if you’re going to seat people waiting inside? Not the best service in my opinion, and we wouldn’t of waited over an hour.

Overall, very good and I would come here again!
The pork bao buns were just okay.
The sweet and spicy pork bowl was delicious as was the dan dan noodle bowl.
We sat at the bar which was neat but also not. They don’t wear gloves so they’re handling all the food with bare hands which is a little questionable to me.
