Casual but efficient staff in a casual and quite loud environment. A bit overpriced, but overall good food and tasty spirits. The flavors in the duck ramen varied and complimented each other well. And the pork belly bao was the best I’ve had in Denver and the others have been quite good as well. The sauce here on the bun site my palette better with less ginger. The mezcal in the old fashioned was nice and smoky.

We went to Uncle for dinner last night and had an amazing meal. We always bring friends and family that are visiting to Uncle, because we know everyone will be happy with what they get! We ordered bao buns (eggplant and pork belly), pork and cabbage dumplings, cold sesame noodles and the Tokyo Shoyu ramen. Everything was incredible – highly recommend the dumplings!

The dinning room which features an “open kitchen” was clean, very busy, and a bit loud. My wife and I shared Chinese Eggplant Buns, Salmon nigiri, Spicy Tuna Roll, and a bowl of Tokyo Ramen. All the food was perfect. The service was great and very friendly. This was one of the best meals we had on our 10 day vacation.

Thank you to our amazing server Jeff and the rest of the staff for making yet another birthday perfect! The way the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience spot on and seamless every time is much appreciated. The non alcoholic beverage selection is so yummy. I recommend the “above the clouds”. My go-to ramen is the veggie Khao Soi. I also really love the steamed buns and the cold tofu. If you haven’t been here you’re missing out on a great place.

Amazing food, but even better than that is the service. Our server was the sweetest ever. We had 3 in our party and we ordered the crispy eggplant, which only comes with 2 steamed buns. She asked if we wanted a 3rd before getting it out to us!
The manager of the night also stopped by to chat with us and gave us a bottle of Mexican Coca-Cola to try out, because my friend had never heard of it before. They were all so chatty and left us with such an amazing impression. Definitely recommending Uncle to my friends and clients!

110%. Everything about this place was excellent. Mathew was our server and he was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations, we loved everything he suggested. Started with cocktails then had the Crispy Eggplant Bao, Uncle Salad, Pork and Cabbage Dumplings, Dan Dan Noodles (Spicy and loaded with umami), aburi salmon Oshi – unique and amazing. The only disappointment was they did not have dessert on the menu.
