This restaurants staff knows what they are doing. They are quick, friendly, and attentative even when the place is packed and there are pick-up orders piling up and the phone is non-stop. Great staff, great food, well worth the trip!

Just as amazing as the last time! I really love the Tokyo shoyu & pork buns. Next visit I plan to get the noodles that you dip yourself with every bite. The “Paris is on fire” (?) was perfection, not too sweet and very refreshing. I can’t wait to come back ☺️

This is the best ramen that we have found so far in Denver! Really great tasting food. We had the pork dumplings which were a little spicy but tasted amazing, the Tokyo Shoyu, and the Duck Ramen. All of the food was great! There are not a lot of options and they not allow substitutions. The service was a little slow. We parked further away and walked to the location. It looked like there was only street parking, but I could be wrong.

I was a little bit scared after reading some bad reviews regarding the waiters, but our experience was very good! Our spicy chicken ramen was so flavorful and creamy. It’s not tradicional ramen per se, though. The dumplings were really yummy too. Our waiter and the people who brought us the food were really nice as well!

Food and service is excellent! We were able to order drinks while we waited to be seated. Wait time for 2 people took no time at all and it seemed like a full house! Staff seemed very organized, streamlined, friendly, and professional! All the food was delicious and prepared well.

I have been to Uncle Wash Park at least two dozen times and the service and food quality is always top notch. Their servers are extremely knowledgeable. Favorite drinks have been Future Nostalgia, Lucky You, Golden Girl, and ALL CAPS (RIP though, bring it back!). We get eggplant buns, veggie khao soi, and duck ramen and they never fail to amaze us. Don’t sleep on the fried chicken katsu either. This last visit Amanda the host was unbelievably kind and an all-star. 10 out of 10 recommend going year round. Don’t wait for “ramen weather.” This will whet your appetite year round!

Uncle is a wonderful ramen shop in Denver. This will have to be have been my 3rd or 4th visit and each time never ceases to impress my taste buds! Definitely feels more ‘upscale’ or ‘chic’, but don’t let that intimidate you. The team is always friendly and engaging especially if you feel a little intimidated by menus. The portions are generous and the ramen is the perfect balance of al dente and chewy (hope that makes sense!) Highly recommend the Veggie Khao Soi ramen, the tsukemen ramen (if it’s still in rotation) and the crab buns. The cocktails are also creative and refreshing even on a cold autumn day. Looking forward to visiting again with friends.
