Slow service, didn’t refill water, wouldn’t split check, and bland food
The waitperson was good but hung around too long to chat. The sandwich was very good. But I was very disappointed that the ice cream I ordered afterward was really awful. It had a off-taste that was indescribably yucky. I should have asked for money back. When this place was Ed’s Creamery the ice cream was fabulous. So sad that this is now replaced with a mediocre place with this lame bar on one side. It was a little spooky since I was the only person there and the bartender kept looking sadly over at me while having zero customers. I hope they make some good business happen there as this is a good spot near the sun casino. Maybe it was an off day. But hey that ice cream was gross.

This place reminds me of an old 70s style eatery. Maybe a little Southern flavored twist. I had a large orange juice. Two scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, homefries , and toast. It was a very good breakfast. They have a bar in the afternoon and you can also play Keno if you like. They have all kinds of old fashion pies cookies cakes etc. They say they have the best moonshine around. I didn’t try it, but you can when you get there. This place makes you feel good when you visit.

At first I thought this was going to be good. My girlfriend got breakfast food and her eggs were nasty the sausage was bad. I got the jalapeno and cheese burger with fries and gravy. The gravy was chunky and tasted off. The waitress, brought us food and just left the plates from the appetizer, so we had no room for anything. The burger was good but over all not worth the money. The soda was flat and had black things floating in it. It was 71$ for two breakfast meals and 1 burger with fries, and the appetizer was nachos. They charged for every add on. Lettuce, onions, the beef on the nachos. All in all .22/10
