I just wanna say their tacos were amazing !
We tried a few tacos last night (Carnitas,Pastor ,chorizo , barbacoa, asada , chicharrón) ! Uffff my favorite part was the tortilla it was soft yet crunchy and my taco wasn’t falling apart ! so delicious! 10/10 recommend! If you haven’t tried them go try them out ! Definitely going back ❤️

I’ve been to 12+ taco trucks in the Waco area and none of them come close to Un Tacomas. Everything here is on another level.
The elote cup was loaded and easily the best I’ve ever had. I ordered tacos with pollo, carnitas, asada, barbacoa, and pastor, and every single one was at least a 9/10. The meat was flavorful, the tortillas were warmed right on the grill, and they give you plenty of lime and perfectly caramelized onions to top everything off.
The atmosphere gets a 1/5 simply because it’s right next to I-35 — but let’s be honest, you don’t come to a taco truck for the atmosphere. You come for incredible food, and Un Tacomas absolutely delivers.
If you’re anywhere near Waco and love tacos, this place is a must.

Exceptional customer service and friendly staff. Tried the asada tacos 10/10. Also the Mexican style hot dogs were something we were missing in the Waco area! Forgot to mention the aguas frescas are also a must. Will definitely be coming back to try something new.
