Never again am I buying from hotspot this is disgusting i literally took a bite of this shit to then broke it a part to find it had mold smfh i hopee don’t get sick. I took it straight back . They talking about they just made it yesterday like what….!! Talking about they give it from a factory then they just put it in the oven a day before. Maybe they need to make sure the shit not bad

This is going to be a 2 star for me, reasons follow. I’ve been looking for a descent Cuban sandwich and was hoping this was it, it wasn’t even close but it could tho, the have the right pieces except for the bread which is the deal breaker. If you’re not using Cuban bread, is not a Cuban sandwich. It was subpar. On the upside, the 3 leches cake is very good and one of the nest I’ve had, I’d recommend it. The whole experience became a 2 star because of the customer service. The lady was upset when I asked if she going to wash her hands after she was sweeping, made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to her. I drive 30 minutes to get here and was hoping for something better, I didn’t get it.
