We went to this restaurant on MLK day for lunch and it was the regular price of $39 for unlimited sushi plus hot pot.. We were excited to eat here.

To our surprise, there’s a wide variety on the menu plus you can order additional items like appetizers main course and desert which is included in that $39. nothing to pay extra… this I was not aware..

I am a vegetarian, and there are definitely options for vegetarians, though it’s limited..

We ordered the Chinese herbal broth & a spicy bread, which is also vegetarian.. both of these were really good..

We had the hot pot and sushi plus desert.. one thing to notice they have a two hour dining limit.. but that was more than enough for five of us.. in fact, we had the last 30 minutes to just relax..

Overall a good restaurant to visit and enjoy if you like Japanese Food..

We ate there last night for my daughter’s Birthday. We were a little late. Didn’t have much time to eat as they close the kitchen @ 10. Food was very good. We got the sushi option with 4 small kids. Highly recommend! The service was excellent. Our waiter was always attentive to our tables, 5 and 5 . Table sits 6. Recommend to arrive earlier to enjoy the all you can eat. I think it’s worth the $35 per adult ,$15 for kids. Very well run for a new operation.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this all-you-can-eat sushi buffet! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cool and exciting, and the food exceeded every expectation. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and offered in such a wide variety that there was truly something for everyone. Every plate came out quickly and perfectly presented.

What really made the night stand out, though, was the outstanding service. Our waiter, Bo, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in with a smile, and his friendly attitude made us feel genuinely cared for. Bo’s timing was impeccable drinks were always refilled, plates cleared right away, and he even offered great recommendations that we loved.

It’s rare to find such excellent food paired with equally excellent service, but this place delivered both flawlessly. We left full, happy, and already excited to come back. A huge thank you to Bo and the entire team for making it such a memorable dining experience!

We visited Umiya this year for a special occasion and were impressed by the freshness of their sushi and sashimi selection. The staff kindly accommodated our group by offering à la carte options, which allowed everyone to dine together comfortably. The service and atmosphere were excellent. We truly enjoyed our experience and look forward to coming back.

The establishment appears more spacious inside than its exterior suggests, offering ample room for both large and small dining parties. On a Saturday afternoon, the wait time for both hotpot and sushi options was approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

The service was excellent, particularly from our server, whose name I regrettably cannot recall. She was of Chinese and Filipino descent, and her friendly and attentive demeanor greatly enhanced our experience.

It may be advisable to place orders in batches, as food preparation times can vary, and dishes may arrive as they are ready rather than all at once.

I personally found the appetizers to be the most enjoyable, as they allowed for a wider sampling of items without leading to excessive fullness. While the sushi rolls were satisfactory, I found the sashimi to be of superior quality. The yellowtail, pepper tuna, and spicy edemmame were particularly noteworthy and were reordered.
They also offer a sauce and salad bar for your convenience. I noted the absence of eel sauce or spicy mayonnaise at the bar, which I personally would have appreciated for my sushi rolls. Nevertheless, these items can be requested, and I am confident they will be provided.

While I would consider returning, I am not particularly eager to do so, as the sushi did not quite meet my expectations. However, considering the price point and the all-you-can-eat format, I found the experience to be quite satisfactory.

Went here for lunch. Food was good. Not the best sushi I’ve ever had, but it was good. Great price for AYCE. Was hoping they’d have eel sauce and spicy mayo on the sauce buffet but they do not.

Sushi lunch ayce is fresh and tasty. The service can be somewhat slow, but you can order with or without a server with the QR code at each table. I ordered through my server and through the QR code. The teriyaki chicken from the kitchen is also good—I didn’t get a pic of it, but it was grilled breast and tasted good.

When Umiya says that they have “all you can eat lunch menu,” they are not kidding. Food was tasty, staff was friendly and willing to help, place was clean, yes including the restrooms. Highly recomend!
