The focal point of My Way Tavern is the horse shoe style bar, expertly crafted with reclaimed wood from 158-year old barn in eastern North Carolina. I wish, I could’ve tried the food here but the service was terrible no one came to greet us from the time we arrived until we decided to just leave. This particular waitress walked passed us numerous of times and didn’t acknowledge us at all but continuously made sure she asked the white people if they were doing ok and to me that is unacceptable. Its disheartening but it allowed me to know where not to spend my hard earned money. Remember our dollars spend just as well if not better. DO BETTER MY WAY TAVERN!!!

We’ve never dined in, but we absolutely love getting takeout from here! The fish tacos are my all-time favorite — so fresh and flavorful — and everything else we’ve tried on the menu has been consistently delicious. Our orders are always packed well and ready quickly, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend checking this spot out — the menu has a ton of great options to choose from!

This place is perfect for locals, it’s always busy (in a good way), you’re always able to find a spot at the bar or grab a table but it does get busy with canes games. The servers are great, they’re quick and service is good. The food is your typical bar food, except their Mac and cheese (all variations) are delicious, and definitely recommend to try. They also have beer and cocktail specials daily! They’re also dog friendly!

Honestly wish I would be rating this place off food because that’s my expertise but the service was terrible. I definitely won’t be back to try the food. Once we walked in the front we were greeted but once we found our seat only a “ African American “ waitress came to our table and helped us with the menu & explained the break down . After that a “caucasian” waitress came by multiple times passing us , checking on the other “Caucasian”. We waited for at least 20mins and no one ever came back to the table to even take our order. To make matters worse the “caucasian” waitress didn’t even make eye contact with us. This is definitely not the service that should have been given.

The tavern has a typical style with indoor and outdoor seating. It’s decent inside, with self seating the time. Despite being loud with many TVs, it’s what you’d expect in such a setting.

Staff were all really polite and friendly, but there were a few mix-ups. The burger was missing its bacon yet was charged the $3 extra dollars and the wings order was “not placed” and served much later than the rest.l when checked on the status.

Cheese Burger: 5.5/10
Just an average burger, pretty basic overall. The quality of the lettuce hinted it was nothing beyond ordinary.
Buffalo Chicken Mac n’ Cheese: 6.5/10
This was the better part of the meal, well-made and flavorful.
Nachos: 5.4/10
Standard nachos, nothing standout about them. The chips were crisp and served quickly.
Buffalo Wings: 3.6/10
Though well-cooked, they lacked any buffalo sauce flavor, making them disappointingly bland.

Came in on a busy night but still got a table for 4 without a wait. The service was quick and on point. We grabbed the $15 Miller Lite bucket, which was an awesome deal. The food hit the spot too—we got the Louis, fried shrimp sandwich, and fish and chips, and everything was super tasty. The staff were friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a solid dinner with some good beer!

We came here about a week ago and I’m still thinking about the food and drinks! The service was amazing. I believe our servers name was Charlotte and her liveliness and energy made the entire experience so much better. We got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese, Brussels, and wings and everything was perfect. This wasnt our first time and definitely won’t be our last. My Way is hands down the best place for late for late night food in Raleigh. We haven’t tried the regular menu yet only the late night but we will be back very soon to have a go at the full menu

Polite service, nice place, delicious food. This place has plenty of outside tables, which is very convenient during the fresh nights. With the small lights outside, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff was helpful. The food is excellent. We asked for wings (Spicy garlic and Dry Rub Jerk) with ranch and blue cheese and fries. It came at the right temperature. I would come back to this restaurant to try more wing flavors.
