Sushi date night! The food was absolutely amazing. Everything came out nice and hot, and really quickly. The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because everything was served in paper plates and bowls, which was a little weird.

This was our family’s first time trying out this place and we absolutely loved it. The staff here are all very kind and have made this restaurant feel very much like eating at a friend’s house. All the food we ordered tasted and looked great! The menu has lots of awesome options that we can’t wait to try more of! We will definitely be back!

I have visited this new restaurant several times over the last couple of weeks since they opened and can say that they are consistently exceptional. Very clean, organized, friendly and absolutely delicious and affordable. I can’t recommend enough. I have tried the dinner Bento Box several times as well as the Hibachi dinner and a few appetizers. In more detail I can say the beef is very tender, the fried vegetables that come in the Bento Box are delicious not overcooked and not greasy like you would expect. The rice has pefect consistency and all of the seasonings and sauces are just right and not overdone at all. I tried the tropical roll as well as several other sushi choices and I can say they were all delicious but that one was my favorite for sure.

This costed $20. I basically paid for air and noodles. They do not give enough meat. Food was decent but not worth $20 and they charge you to remove vegetables out of your food. What a rip off.

The restaurant is very clean and nice on the interior. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to any requests we had. The food it self was absolutely delicious. Everything from the salad to the sushi was fresh and well made. 10/10 I will definitely be dining there again.

Stumbled upon Umi by accident. My boyfriend and I were driving by around lunch time when he noticed it was no longer a Subway. We were hungry and decided to stop in and try something different. I was honestly not sure what to make of a sushi and hibachi place in a small former subway, but I was very pleasantly surprised.

Went here for the first time today and it was great! The service is fast and friendly. Got the chicken teriyaki bento and the portions were good. Got stuffed & I wasn’t able to finish my meal but sadly couldn’t take it back because my hotel room didn’t have a fridge. Will make this a regular spot to visit!

I’ve never heard of this place and we drove by it and decided to stop. This is the cleanest most efficient and affordable sushi/hibachi spot in the Syracuse area. The food was so fresh and came out 10 minutes after we ordered it. You can tell the people that work there care about the place. 10000000/10 I’ll be back very soon!!!
