Shabu Shabu is one of Japan’s most popular hot pot dishes along with Sukiyaki. The name “shabu shabu” is Japanese onomatopoeia. It came from the sound when you stir the vegetables and meat with your chopsticks and ‘swish swish’ in the hot pot. It’s a fun meal since everyone sits around the hot pot at the table, cooks together, and eats while you chat, like fondue! A communal dining experience that inspires good appetites and brings people closer together.

Went with a friend for my birthday a little over a week ago. It was our first time going. The waiter was nice enough to explain how everything worked. Food was delicious, but not something I would eat all of the time. The waiter came to our table periodically to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted throughout our time there.

The best shabu shabu I’ve had in Utah! I enjoyed my first time here. The quality of the food tastes fresh and the service was fantastic. The restaurant is very clean and modern and has a great feel and look to it. They use robotic serving tray to deliver appetizers which I thought was fun and adds to a unique dining experience. It gets crowded fast but I look forward to coming back again!

The best shabu shabu in town! The environment was quiet, bright and clean, love the decorations. The ingredients were fresh, the quality was very good. I tried the beef bone broth, and my friends got spicy and tonkatsu broth. They were delicious, and had good flavor with the ingredients, also had many options for the sauce. And the service was excellent! It is a great place for chatting and enjoying the food. Definitely worth to visit again!

This is the best shabu shabu restaurant in town! The restaurant has a modern, elegant and relaxed vibe. The food is so tasty and fresh. I especially enjoyed the shrimp paste. This is also a great place for taking kids to eat. They will have freshly made healthy and tasty food while getting entertained by the cute robot who delivers orders. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back again!
