We had a family get together and everyone from my grandson on up thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The food and Service was outstanding and the cost very reasonable. That’s why we keep going back again and again. If you are in or near Marianna, Florida, this is one of the places you need to visit for a meal as no reservations are required, and seats are always available. A big plus in my book, is clean restrooms and plenty of parking … they have both.

This restaurant is amazing! I have been to Chinese and Japanese Restaurants in San Jose, Pensacola, Orlando, and more and never expected to find such fine food in Marianna, Florida! The food is cooked to perfection like a 5-Star Restaurant! The service is warm, friendly and excellent! Sammy is so welcoming, friendly and pays attention to detail! The food is fresh and delicious! The Orange Chicken and the Sweet and Sour Chicken is the best that I have ever had in my life! Nice calm and relaxing atmosphere! I very highly recommend!

We decided to go out for lunch today. Sadly it was one of the worst experiences. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with lo main on the side, my husband ordered the general tso chicken with chicken wings on the side, my son only eats the chicken on a stick from any Chinese place. I never got my sweet and sour chicken. Tried to get the waiters attention for over 10 minutes. He kept glancing at me, acting like he was not seeing me. So I got up and told him to take it off the bill because I didn’t get it. My husband’s chicken wings were gray and black, never seen a chicken wing look like that. The fried rice was horrible. And the general tso chicken had no spice or flavor… The waiter neven even refilled our drinks, all he did was take our order. Never even offered any replacement for the food that was obviously not even touch because how bad it looked (chicken wings). The lo main was even bad. I have never been to any Chinese place that was this bad. I will not be going back and I will not recommend them to anyone. On the other hand I will return to Yamato Japanese Steakhouse I highly recommend them great food and service. You won’t go unnoticed by your waitress/waiter If you don’t have your food. And you’re unhappy with the food they will make a new one for you. Yes I am picky about food but I dont order anything new from anywhere that I have not tried. The quality of food is not good at UME Japanese & Chinese Restaurant like it is at Yamato Japenese Resturant. Needless to say we paid $50 and left still hungry and a table full of food. Not happy about it, that $50 could have gone to a meal we could actually eat. Mind you the $50 didnt even include my meal that I didn’t even get. I would give a 0 if I could.

Still one of my two favorite places to eat in Marianna. The food is always fresh to order and the sushi is among the best I’ve had. The staff is on point and friendly, the restaurant is always super clean. I have no doubt that you will enjoy your visit.

We’ve been told that this is the best sushi around, and it most certainly is. The food is phenomenal, the prices are great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We tried a few different dishes and 6 sushi rolls, and everything was fantastic! The kids’ meal was less than $5 and was the perfect size for our kiddo. We will absolutely be back soon!

We ordered the Kung Pao chicken and veg tempura, and absolutely loved it. The quality of the food was excellent. We were a bit skeptical about dining here at first, but the experience completely exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, and the overall experience was truly satisfying. Excellent food, excellent service, and at a very fair price. I had the steak hibachi dinner portion during lunch and the food was terrific and the portion size was plentiful. The service was terrific too. The wait staff was constantly making sure everything was OK, my water was always full, and no waiting around on my check. I will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! We love this place. Great food, good service, fair prices and kind caring owners/employees. Very clean restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
