Ate here on Valentines with the family. We had to wait an hour for a table of 5. Not that big a deal on Valentines. The food was really good but they lost our order so our entrees took almost an hour to come out. They are new so I didn’t get upset. They are still working out the kinks. We got the Panang Chicken and Mongolian beef. Both were very flavorful. Kids all got fried rice and they enjoyed them. We got some fried won ton and Satay chicken along with the app platter. All the apps were very good. Will def come back. Hopefully better service next time. Prices are fair and they have a huge menu. If you enjoyed this review please hit the like button.

Suddenly felt like having a drink, so I checked out this newly opened spot. The bartender was super sweet and asked what I liked—something sweeter or more alcohol-forward—and even recommended a few dishes for me.
The papaya salad was so refreshing, the satay chicken skewers were perfect with drinks, and the grilled flatbread was crispy and amazing with the curry sauce. Finished it off with a bowl of beef noodle soup to warm the soul

First visit and we’re impressed. Wanted to try their scechuan (numbing pepper) dishes first as they are hard to find outside the BuHi and Duluth areas. Keep in mind that the entree’s are sharable style but doesn’t seem like it would be for no more than 2 ppl.
The Szechuan poach fish fillet was legit. It was spicy and it was numbing. I hope they don’t tone down the spicy level or change the recipe.
The spicy wonton in chili oil was better than average but I’m glad to order it again.
Lunch box is a great option for trying their basic menu.
Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu!

Finally a great Chinese/ Thai restaurant in Braselton! The decor of the restaurant is upscale. The menu is impressive with Chinese / Thai / Malaysian food. Full bar with some good craft cocktails. Had a beef soup and crispy chili chicken that were both excellent. I’ll be back

The General Tso’s chicken was really good. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and the sauce wasn’t too sweet. It had a nice little kick but not too spicy. Super flavorful. The Japanese curry katsu chicken was also great. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the curry sauce was rich and comforting. It goes really well with the rice, very filling and satisfying. I’d definitely order both again.

I’ve had Pad Thai in Thailand before, and this version is different — but just as delicious in its own unique way. It brings a slightly different style and flavor that makes it special. The Pad See Ew is also outstanding, with rich flavor and perfectly cooked noodles.
Portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and everything is served hot. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

Umami Way just opened in Braselton and it’s already one of my favorite Asian spots. They have an amazing variety of options, so there’s something for everyone. I tried their Lychee Jasmine mocktail and it was so refreshing and perfectly balanced, I loved it so much I had three of them!
The food is incredible, especially the Hainanese chicken. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the sauces were absolutely delicious, they really elevate the dish. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

This was our 1st time coming here and it will definitely not be the last. The atmosphere was very nice and not only was was the food outstanding but service was as well. May was very helpful and her recommendations were spot on! We can’t wait to try other dishes on our next visit.
